This is bit confusing as BTC is showing Good pumps, other currencies are not much affected by the whole situations. specially like Dogecoin and other small mem  coins are still in lowest dip.  So far i think there are lot of transactions are going secretly using blockchain to help both countries and this is increasing over all flow of crypto and causing bitcoin to get a huge pump.

It is the time of their need and not for investment so they will choose a currency which is accepted everywhere and is known by everyone.
