As you know Student life how it goes still Alhamdulliah i am doing good means self setisfied better then some theretical degree depending person i want to be free with my skills that in every feild i should survive somehow which education taught us.

Actually Umer bhai Noor is 100% right here and I guess ham ye pehle bhi discuss kar chuke hian... although mostly Local boards revolve around local languages but that's not strictly the reason for example local boards main is ki aik misla hia Indonesia board and Malaysian thread. Halanak dono main almost same language boli jati hia... Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Malay are very similar languages sirf dialect ka farq but Indonesia ka apna board aur Malaysia ka sirf thread.

So statistically dekha jaey tu sirf "language" he waja nahi hia... if there are enough members to discus different topics like Mining, Altcoins etc based on their Country/Region there's a chance of getting a board.

Now ab ye baat k hamin yahan board milana chahiye ya nahi that's different discussion... but ye confirm hai sirf Urdu discussion pe depend nahi kar sakte, yes it matters but most important is number of users.  

Maine senior members se dicuss kia tha long back about local boards as per them there are very slim chances of getting any new board. Reason number 1 was they get out of control due to lack of management. Spam aur local mods they don't play fair game aisa kai local boards mian ho chuka hia. Final authority is still Theymos and he's the only one can do this and as per history local board is added only when there's enough activity and now how much is that "enough" is? we don't know

200+ posts a day may be? or may be more because and that will fall under Very active status.. but not from 5 of us members, of course we need 10x in this area

Any way being Pakistani I wish to have a local board.

Well My personal experience is that when we are in Bull mode or Bullish then 20 MA ( Moving average) work as a Stron strong support for BTC when market crashes similar thing happens in reverse mode 20  20 MA ( Moving Average ) work is a big resistance level. Well its my observation from historical movement and my own trades results. Personally i always recommend new users to trade by keeping MA ratios in Line.

MA Moving average actually Moving Average is used for the trend calculation. It is a type of Indicators ehich help to analyze the market according to the previous data of particular time period.

Types 

Basically Two types of MA are studied

Simple Moving Average
Exponential Moving Avrage

Weighted Moving Avrage

Basically WMA considered as Forex Market Stocks value indication so Trading topically concerned with SMA and EMA.

EMA is a sensitive Indicator which analyse the market movement in recent times.

Currently 50 MA is working as a strong Support to the BTC ehich is a positive sign towards Uptrend. But BTC need to break 20 MA on daily Time frame and should close above 20 MA weekly candle.
