I'm getting about 1150 h/s on R 1700 using aes-avx2.  Limit the threads to number of cores and set up cpu-affinity to use all the cores and not just the first ones.

"set up cpu-affinity" How do it ?  Smiley

cpuminer-aes-avx2.exe -t 6  - again ~ 600 h\s and use first 6 threads, not cores

I use --cpu-affinity AAAA, it converts from hex to binary as 1010 1010 1010 1010. 8 threads spread across 4 cores.  For Ryzen 5, try AAA.

yenten_minerd did not work for me at bunnymining.work mining pool.

tried win 64sse, it did not work ...

went back to win64 minerd recommended at bunnymining pool link for download,
and it seems to do better than the rest but....the minerd program says:

"2 miner threads started, using "yescrypt" algorithm

binding thread 0 to cpu 0
binding thread 1 to cpu 1
Stratum requested work restart"

and when I input 'getmininginfo' into the console of yenten, it does not show me to be mining...

but when I am using cpuminderd win64, does it use the yenten wallet to be mining then?
I don think it does, but don know for sure.

and i check at bunnymining.work pool site in my account and it does not show me mining it shows 00 hashespersec

*could try at other pool sites, but do not know what to put into the cpuminerd RunMe.bat file,
and did not see instructions to show what to do on any of those sites,
and the other mining pool sites do not have registration or login.

need thoughtful instructions how to mine yenten

Hello, you dont need to run the yenten wallet to mine with external program like yenten_minerd, cpuminer, ...

first where you are located ? it's better to mine to the pool near you.

i give bellow an example with bilbotel, there is many others pools

create .bat a file eg: bilbotel.bat in the miner (yenten_minerd or cpuminer-opt) folder (-t 2 is not mandatory, it's to limit the miner to 2 core, you can change it to more if you have more or low if you want to use your pc in the same time it mine)
Code:
minerd.exe -a yescryptr16 -o stratum+tcp://pool.bilbotel.fr:6234 -u MyYentenAddress -p c=YTN -t 2
PAUSE

save the file (bilbotel.bat) and click on it

You will see after few seconds (or a little minute) something like with your hash
Code:
C:\yminerd>minerd.exe -a yescryptr16 -o stratum+tcp://pool.bilbotel.fr:6234 -u MyYentenAddress -p c=YTN -t 2
[2017-12-10 21:08:30] Starting Stratum on stratum+tcp://pool.bilbotel.fr:6234
[2017-12-10 21:08:30] 2 miner threads started, using 'yescryptr16' algorithm.
[2017-12-10 21:08:30] Binding thread 1 to cpu 1
[2017-12-10 21:08:30] Binding thread 0 to cpu 0
[2017-12-10 21:08:31] Stratum requested work restart
[2017-12-10 21:09:01] stratum_recv_line failed
[2017-12-10 21:09:01] Stratum connection interrupted
[2017-12-10 21:09:01] thread 1: 1932 hashes, 0.07 khash/s
[2017-12-10 21:09:01] thread 0: 1928 hashes, 0.07 khash/s
[2017-12-10 21:09:01] Stratum requested work restart
[2017-12-10 21:09:01] Stratum requested work restart
[2017-12-10 21:09:21] Stratum requested work restart
[2017-12-10 21:09:21] thread 1: 1267 hashes, 0.07 khash/s
[2017-12-10 21:09:21] thread 0: 1270 hashes, 0.07 khash/s
[2017-12-10 21:09:21] Stratum requested work restart
[2017-12-10 21:09:21] thread 1: 32 hashes, 0.06 khash/s
[2017-12-10 21:09:21] thread 0: 35 hashes, 0.07 khash/s

Some pool have to register and you need to create a worker, some others pool you dont have to register then you put your YTN address as user.

in this sample (bilbotel) you can see your earning on their wallet page eg:
https://www.bilbotel.fr/?address=MyYentenAddress

( your stats on pool will show 5 minutes after have submited some shares that are Accepted )

replace MyYentenAddress with your Yenten Address

thank you, still not mining,  minerd.exe pauses asks me to type any key to continue,
when i type key, minerd.exe vanish, no mine

i read at github download page for yenten minerd,
it gives advises for disable sslv3
and i search how disable sslv3
but not find how disable sslv3

is problem cause by sslv3? don't know,
but try to find how disable sslv3
and try again

you do not have to do anything for sslv3, that's changes made for the wallet 1.2.1 that's all

i assume you are on windows, you have only to click to the .bat file created with your yenten address and it will start miner.
