I did that!!

But, I am confused, I downloaded the qt wallet, extracted it and on first run I set the blockchain to download in another drive than C:\users|...
Went I went to C:\Users\me\appdata\roaming\ there was no Yenten folder?  

So I created a folder Yenten in there and eventually it got populated with multiple files and even with the yenten.conf in there still the same

Obviously I did not have .txt at the end of my conf file, I wonder what else, it is authorized in the firewall.

how to start mining with this algo? are we still able to do solo mining on our computers? I am very interested to try it

I've found 6 blocks mining solo with 5 year old computers.

does the yenten.conf need to be where the yentend file is located or in C:\users\x\appdata\roaming\yenten\?

If I get no block source found I guess I cannot mine, no? I mean I should get block source before even attempting to mine?

that is exactly what i am seeing with my 4690 and my quad core xeon. My I7 7700k not oc is doing about .49khs  my I7 4770 is
doing right around .44 khs with 4 cores.
