I am one of them and i am happy.
Not much btc for 3 years but i am a hodler. and my balance is growing every month. Its really nice opportunity for me i believe in few years i will be more happy.

BTC was around $300 3 years ago. Wonder how many people can hold BTC for more than 3 years and enjoy the amazing profit in this period  A lot of people are holding their bitcoin for a long time because they know that it's profitable and they already gained a lot of profit from it. Bitcoin is a long-term investment so if you're planning to buy and sell immediately, you will not gain a lot of income from it unless you will buy a lot of bitcoin. True, I think some of those people who knew bitcoin years ago hold their bitcoin until today and im sure they are super rich now. Im hoping I can hold my bitcoins that long as well but it really depends on the situation though. Maybe if i have a lot of money i might hold bitcoin as much as I can. |

I think not many of them. But they are very lucky who still hold the bitcoin since 3years ago. My friend who has learnt bitcoin since 2012 tell me that it was so cheap and he was used to sell it to earn money. Then he regret it a bit  I said to him, that ok we can buy some, And i bet, it will be great price again in 3 years later. 3months after i told him, the price is getting higher and higher. I guess, bitcoin has a great future then. |

For some how made millions on BTC there was no point to hold it anymore. They just sold them and are enjoying the rest of their life  Bitcoin has made a lot of the people rich now because the bitcoin is the best investment to the people who are having the bitcoin and the value of the bitcoin will be very high as much as I know it is getting possible I am very sure the bitcoin in the three years will be more than the high value and the investment will be the best way to have the best future. |

To be fair, I always wanted to really hold bitcoins but everytime when this coin rises then falls much and I sell them to not lose but as it seems I lose because everytime there is better chanse coming. I bought bitcoins when price was 700$, then see it rised and make new record, ovet 1000$, I sold it on 1300$ and was happy, made profit. But what? That was the worst mistake, now price is so much, I could get more than 10x profit and at that time I didn't get even 2x profit.
Really hard but as we see, it worths, even if it will be 10 year, it rises but have a look on news too.. Everything can change it's way.

Holding bitcoin for 3 years knowing that it has bigher price today is such a challenge because you will be tempt to sell it in order to gain more money. However, if you don't need money that bad then you could hold it for longer time and hoped that after such time, the price would be higher. |

I wonder that people even can hold the bitcoin for more than 1 week. Because bitcoin goes up and down in value but it is not really calculated if it will go up or down so you gamble till you can make some money and if you win some you lose some so bitcoin.

Patience really pays off. Bitcoin's price is its example. If people invested in bitcoin from starting they must be enjoying their luxurious life by now. They got return on their investment which no other bank or anything else have provided them.
I was able to hold Bitcoin for 2 years and some months, which was 2015 till now, well, I will still call it the same 3 years, and I know what kind of profits I have made so far. It’s really good to hold, but not everyone can do such by holding Bitcoin for a long time despite everything, every fall, and so on, and so on. It’s not easy, I even panicked through out the time and now it paid off, more than I have ever expected it would. My friend that never held his Bitcoin is regretting now. He was used to withdrawing any time there is panic and now he missed the big. But I won’t advise anyone that invested at this high rate to Hodl. |

there is no data to answers this questions because bitcoin is anonymous although not fully but to identifier the owners wallet who able to hold bitcoin until next 3 years is not an easy and only the people will highly trust to bitcoin able to do that because 3 years is not a short time and i'm pretty sure they was already predict bitcoin price after 3 years will reach all time high and indeed i can't imagine how many profit will belong to them and probably they are already being millionaire

Wonder how many people can hold BTC for more than 3 years and enjoy the amazing profit in this period if they going to sell right now they will be instant rich, how about the people those who hold when the price of bitcoin was $1, if they going to sell it their bitcoin now well how many lamborghini will they have?. maybe some of them are now instant rich because of bitcoin. But that is only true if they are holding a lot of coins, if they bought one bitcoin for 1 dollar they got an incredible ROI but not much in terms of dollars, instead a person that bought 100 coins at 500 dollars made less in term of ROI but in dollar terms that person is close to be a millionaire, however I think that no matter how many coins you have we need to hold, a lot of money is going to come to bitcoin in the next years and if you have even an amount as low as 10 bitcoin you could become a millionaire. |

There are not many people who could actually be able to hold the coins for such a long time .this is obviously possible in the case of early adopters that have seen all the stages a btc has passed though since the time it was introduced in the market of digital assets. So they know that the selling of Btcs would only provide them disadvantage and if they would keep hold of the coins for a long time then it would definitely earn them huge profits in the end. |

Agree with this, there'll always some price pump that distract people from holding their bitcoin for such a long time, 3 years is just too much of a long time and if people who holds that btc don't have that much of faith to bitcoin or in the state of doubtfulness with their investment, a little bit of price pump could lure them to sell all of their assets. That's why only very few of early adopters becoming millionaires right now. |

Yes, that's true. many people hold BTC for more than 3years but nobody can surely told how many people hold BTC. who hold 300$ or more then now that people became a millionaire. A lot of people are investing into bitcoin for longer terms because they are well aware of pioneers success and they also want to achieve big piece of profit like them and I am also investing btc to save my future and this can only be done in one way that if I invest and hold my coins for 2 to 3 years and after that btc will be more beneficial as compare to short term investment and In my view all aim to hold btc for long. |

I guess it's not that hard to be able to maintain bitcoin for a long period especially of you know for sure that it's value will grow exponentially over time . It's like making an investment with 0 efforts , all you need to do is just wait and your funds will grow by themselves . Bitcoin is the currency of the future and sooner or later people will regret not onvesting in it .
Its not that hard to hold it. I also hold my coins for a year now If i can do it a few years i can make a good profit out of it. You can hold your coins but when you need money. Then you must use bitcoin for that because we simply need money for things sometimes for school etc. Yes it is one of the easiest methods to earn money without any sort of hard work at all. As we all know that the price of a single bitcoin is subject to vary therefore keeping your entire collection in your hands without investing them in some sort of business or trading could help you to earn much after a considerable rise in the price due to fluctuation in the investment of Btcs in international market. I don’t think it to be difficult for holding your Btcs because a good analytic can have this idea rated as the best among all as all it requires is positivity and some time. I agree with you it is not difficult to hold it it is just difficult to know when to sell you can make yourself a price like i will sell it all if it is worth 10k for one this way you set a goal what you want to achieve and when it becomes 10k just sell 50%. These are some strategies you must have to follow and learn as well. Everything will be in front of you and you can easily control it, need is only to make better decisions so that maximum output can be produced. Like you said, if someone is holding and he decided to sell bitcoin only when profit margin is 50% that is the time when keen accuracy and calculations are needed. |

I'm pretty sure with you there are much people who was holding BTC for more than 3 years. Those are people who can see the real potiental of Bitcoin and trying to go all in with it. And of course now they're rich people. Risk = Rich.

Yes, somehow we could compare ETH as a new Bitcoin so why not we make it become the same scenario with Bitcoin at 300$ ? ETH will raise into 8k$ in the next 3 years. |

They surely did a right decision.
