it looks like ... a Big scam

the coin is still being mined, hence it is costing "someone" in power costs.  so the coins must have some worth.  when dev implements masternodes, then the coin will be listed again on an exchange.

KMC have old cryptonight algo, when almost all other cryptonight coins goes to fork algo, to asic-resistant versions.

So, owners of cryptonight asics, can easy have a majority amount (51%+) of KMC now.

Hmm not a scam. Dev has not profited from this. I think at some time he might return and do some coding. But I don't think that his goals will ever be achieved if he continues to "work" like this ..
