Is every country really corrupt?

A country is never corrupt, the people are. And a person who doesn't do anything to change their current state, is no less as corrupt as those who are hated for their greed and ignorance.

Agree, and the only cure is to change human mindset, which is almost impossible. It can only go worse.

I guess not every country are corrupt. And corruption is a very big problem in one country. The politician is the problem not the system of the government. Politicians are the corrupt.

I think so. Its hard to eliminate corruption in any country. There are so many people that are hungry for money. Some politicians enter politics just to make money.

Wherever there are humans there will also be corruption. So yes, every, and I do mean every, country is corrupt just for that reason alone. Time for an A.I. to take over to put a halt to the humans need for corruption.

It is not the country itself that is corrupt, it is the people. There really are people who are rotten to the core and would use and abuse their power for their own sak. However, I still believe that there still people who are sincere in what they do.

it is true. in my country a lot of corruption cases are very worrying. even those who do corruption are state officials themselves. should be like china, all who do corruption in the law die and impoverished.

To a degree yes, every country is corrupt. It's sad that government have to resort to this behavior but hey, self preservation trumps every other moral issues. But we could actually make difference, where we could teach children how and why the past generation ruined the present generation and it's up to us to raise the bar and put in moral standards again

Yes it is. In some way or another its corrupt. I live in Austria and we have here corruption as well, but the corruption is more sophisticated

Not necessarily every country is really corrupt, we do not know the internal state until we say all the countries are corruption. What I do know is that the people of that country and the laws prevailing in that country will affect the amount of corruption in the country.

In my country, there are also corrupt officials. We cannot get away from that. But which country are you from? Maybe a lot of differences from mine, here, its not rampant.

I bet they are. In any government operation about 25% of the actual funds are misused.
The administrative corruption is huge and there's no way to check it as all things are sorted out in paper.

Corruption has been present even before governments has been put into place. It has been present when the devil corrupted the mind of eve in the garden of eden up to now. As long as there are greedy people out there who pushes their own interests then we can never do away with corruption.

This is partly true.
Corruption exists in all countries, but we are inclined to embellish and multiply the problems of our state, as we are taking them more acutely.

There will always be greedy and corrupt government officials in every country. Even in private sectors, there will always be people who steals money. In my country, most politicians and public servants are corrupt. They only engage in politics in order to steal money from the government and only few of them really cares for the public.

African countries are the most corrupted countries i guess. Then South Asia countries. Less or almost corruption free countries are Europe countries Speically Scandinavian countries. In Scandinvian countries the social security is even greater than socialist countries. That's why they are known as "best countries to live in " Ex. NORWAY. DENMARK, Sweden..

Certainly every country's people now think themselves that with out corruption they will never achieve their goal, This in return leads them towards unrest and turn them greedily move to fast . because of this  every country  turned and call corrupt .

Yes i understand that majority of the countries at this time are corrupt like my own country but still there are countries that trully loves their citizens and not think of gaining money out if them.

The problem is the human, I think most people would take advantage of others while in a position of power.
