Is every country really corrupt?

I think that it is. The only difference is that somewhere it is less or more. It also could be in some higher positions or for less important things. But every country is corrupted. Maybe not in goverment but in local places for sure.

I think corruption on a micro scale is unstoppable. On a macro level there are countries who are less corrupt than others however I think heard mentality makes populations so strange things

Yes, the majority is corrupt. The whole world is based on money relations. But some societies as Norwegian and New Zealand's are almost winning over that problem, their best result is interconnections between common people, the purer and sincerer they are, the more progressive society it is.

It doesn't matter whether the corruption is at micro level or at macro level. If the citizens show little tolerance to corruption, then there is a good chance that it can be eradicated at any level. A perfect example is that of Japan.

Yes, it is the same to your country, many in our Government officials are corrupt and they did not think the bad cause effect to the community.

If someone is not satisfied with his earnings, then he is having two choices - either he can find a second job, or he can improve his skill-set and try for a better job. Accepting bribes can never be justified by saying that the individual was facing financial crunch due to his low salary.

I think that even in the most developed countries corruption is rampant. I think in such countries, corrupt officials operate at higher levels and more imperceptibly.

Recently on the Internet and talking about corruption problem in China, and there is a kind of view is that China, especially of the communist party of China is so corrupt, but why corruption of the communist party and not collapse, many people feel very strange, I also feel very strange, but then I checked the information, only to find that China is very corrupt, but corruption in the world rankings, also is not the most corrupt, is still in the middle rdi, and China was still more clean than many of the so-called democratic countries, especially in the South American democracy, and democracy in Asia, eastern Europe's democracies, than with the newly democratic countries, China was very "clean", therefore, we began to suspect that democracy can really treat corruption?

Not every country is really corrupt but most Africans country are very corrupt!!
Though some foreign countries are corrupt but they try to work hard and cover their lapses

Yes that's right all the Governments are really corrupts, and because of it the result of corruption is poverties and suffers of many people.

No it depends upon the person who managing the entire place or area for example in our country here in Philippines alot of development when president Rodrigo Duterte become the president of Philippine republic. Unlike before other administration whole ruled over our country many people suffered and getting hungered and theres no development and lots of corruption.

Norway, New Zealand - these countries are on the right way, study their government and attitude between the rulers and common people. Everything starts from ourselves, are you ready to be unfair and bribe or you against it. Think about yourself and that's the answer.
