I think my top three picks would be XENIO, INDAHASH and PUNDI X as all of these projects are based on very unique ideas and have a strong team.  XENIO is a project based upon the idea of decentralized gaming and it has already raised more than 3 million dollars in the first week of presale.  INDAHASH is a project based upon the idea to revolutionize the digital marketing world and has alot of potential. I think that its pre sale will begin by next week and has alot of potential   PUNDI X is a very unique project and has a very strong team. The project can show tremendous amount of growth within one year of launch.

His name is Andrey Zamovsky aka nixoid, aka FintechEU & a few other aliases to boot.  He/Ambisafe are responsible for more scams since I posted the above warning about him 5 months ago, including Polybius, LevelNet, Worldcore, Micromoney, BitCad, CryptoCarbon, Compcoin, Cryptaur, Authorship, etc, etc.

Ambisafe/Andrey Zamovsky are the biggest ICO scammers in Crypto - don't touch them!!!

If you want an ICO with an already existing project then why don't you try to check out Get Protocol/GUTS Project? A simply visit of their website will tell you that the project has already shown something even before they began their ICO. The project has already proven that they can deliver. The team is working great and has sold a thousand tickets already to a thousand customers. They have also resold tickets with the same original price.

Where there is smoke, there is usually fire. Nixoid has listed approximately 10 ICO and each one either failed after the ICO was complete or performing extremely poor in the market. Also, the admins tend to disappear soon as the ICO is complete. The last update from the Polybius team post ICO was sometime in JULY, and we in November.
