Hi there! Great questions!
The purpose of the token is to exchange it for data on the LOOMIA TILE platform. Initially, it will be brands that will query for user data and pay for it with TILE tokens. Researcher, social scientist, city planners, hobbyists may also use the token to get access to user data on the platform. Brands may also choose to offer additional promotions and access passes to users for TILE tokens.

To answer your 2 question - LOOMIA`s textile circuit is embedded into clothing from brands. We are getting a press release together, but we've recently locked in one outerwear brand to integrate the data layer. We intend to pilot the technology with some brand partners and aim for widespread adoption over time. The layer is washable and dryable. The TILE will be embedded in the product - and a recent advancement makes us feel pretty confident there will be no need to remove the component. LOOMIA have got the size down significantly, so it won`t be noticeable.

The team is located in NYC. The company is registered in DELAWARE C-CORP.

Great stuff. This is a good insight for people that want to see where LOOMIA are coming from. A lot of good info on the actual wearable tech and where the textile industry is going, not just blockchain.

Those tokens will create an ecosystem of their own. If you transfer your information to a digital institution, you will buy your information from companies that want to buy this information from you, or from technology / advertising bins to tokens that generate db.
