Please note: Anyone running Atlas on a unix-based machine, whether using the pre-compiled version or compiling from source, should use the following command line: 'sudo apt-get install -y libevent-dev'. This is to download and install the libevent-dev package, which is required due to the integration of several event-based functions into Atlas.

Also the new Atlas needs to reindex your blockchain. To speed that process up we are going to supply a bootstrap of the current blockchain state.
Once you've downloaded the bootstrap.dat from here: https://github.com/ALQOCRYPTO/ALQO/releases/download/ATLAS/bootstrap.dat just copy it into your blockchain folder - next to your alqo.conf and masternode.conf and start the Atlas QT.

We look forward to an exciting future for ALQO and its planetary system as we move into the market-readiness phase of our strategy. Expect future announcements!

Regards,
Kevin

Update:
Mac OS High Sierra Wallet is now available:
https://github.com/ALQOCRYPTO/ALQO/releases/download/ATLAS/ALQO-Core_High_Sierra.dmg

We've also finished migration and updating our Hosting Service Webinterfaces with the new version.
To update your hosted Masternode please login to your webinterface and find the button called "Reset/Update Server" right next to the "Logout"-Button.

We suggest using your servers IP to connect to the webinterface like so:

http://123.456.789.000/

(You can find your IP in the credentials-mail we've sent to you when the server was set up initially)

Clicking this button will update your server to v4.0.

All servers not updating till 27th 12:01pm GMT will receive a forced-update.

Please keep in mind that synchronizing your node might take up to 2 hours (if you got bad peers) and to start your masternode manually within the new Atlas QT wallet.

Self-Hosted Nodes please follow this guide: https://alqo.org/update

PS: I was talking to Roman from nodestop.com and he is currently migrating to the new Webinterface-Version as well.
Check back your nodestop-hosted servers and as soon as you can find the "Reset/Update"-Button go ahead and click it

I have already migrated all my nodes to the new version, and I am impatiently waiting for PoS phase to be activated. It looks to me that the team managed the communication around such an important update in a very professional way (much better than previous updates and releases).

Looking forward to Bitfineon!

@everyone
We’ve completed the fix for the chain. You will need to download ver4.1 of the latest QT wallet here: https://github.com/ALQOCRYPTO/ALQO/releases/tag/v4.1

OPTIONAL: If you do not want to wait for the QT to synchronize to the latest block, follow the steps below:
1)   Navigate into your blockchain folder (the one which lists alqo.conf & masternode.conf)
2)   Delete the following files/folder:
          a.    blocks (folder)
          b.    chainstate (folder)
          c.    sporks (folder)
          d.    zerocoin (folder)
          e.    mncache.dat
          f.    mnpayments.dat
3)    Unzip the content of the archive (link below) into your blockchain folder and once done start the QT.
          a.    The archive includes the active state of the blockchain in an already compatible format that does not need to be re-indexed like a bootstrap.dat

ARCHIVE LINK: https://github.com/ALQOCRYPTO/ALQO/releases/download/v4.1/chain_win-mac.zip

Please note: We are only offering this snapshot one-time. Any future updates that may require a re-index won't be delivered with a snapshot.

Masternode owners can follow this guide: https://alqo.org/update/ - It might take some time to sync due to network traffic. Rewards will be 1 ALQO till block 410400.

We've successfully updated the masternodes hosted on the Official Hosting Service. Thank you for your patience.

Windows Wallet: https://github.com/ALQOCRYPTO/ALQO/releases/download/v4.1/alqo-qt.exe
Mac Wallet: https://github.com/ALQOCRYPTO/ALQO/releases/download/v4.1/ALQO-Core.dmg

Is there a reason to keep masternode ALQO(with 1 alqo reward), or better stack mode?

The 1 alqo block reward is just temporary, to allow time for people to update without losing out on rewards.

thx. but "Block 410401 - 540000   60 XLQ"

60 XLQ
what percentage of the distribution?

But this is subject to change in the near future (no exact date atm).

...updated as well. The second time in a few days. Let's hope it runs smooth now.

I'm really looking forward to POS, though. Let's see how it influences the price.

Many countries continue to be wary of cryptocurrencies. They need full control over the turnover of the cryptocurrencies so that they can impose taxes on them. And it is very difficult to realize in real life. Guys, does your token can be purchased in any country?
