It's just a niche that at first glance seems unattractive for investors, but I can see how over time your idea might turn into a global standard for pet registration. Especially the automated taxation function for governments is a convincing argument for your platform to be accepted as a global standard. When you say kennel are you referring to the major national agencies that are responsible for dog / pet administration? Or are there even several kennels per country as for your understanding?

There is legal vacuum related to all cryptocurrencies and projects dealing with tokens. We are negotiating with CySEC. There should be no problems really

National kennel is organization that is dealing with canine related activities in one particular country. Usually there is one kennel in each country. Kennels should not be confused with clubs or breeders.
