Updated IDCM Listing Date

Unfortunately, the IDCM exchange is undergoing maintenance this week and has delayed the date of listing VINchain to the 12th of November. Though some of our community may be frustrated by the change, progress on the exchange will proceed as normal and the delay was simply due to an unexpected update to their platform. We still look forward to a beneficial relationship with IDCM.

A quick highlight on the exchange for those of you not in the loop: IDCM covers more than 60 countries and regions across the world and holds the title of the first exchange alliance built upon a node consensus mechanism. It will work together with IDCG’s own DApp platform (based on DPoS) and DAICO incubation platform to create a complete blockchain ecosystem. After our fruitful initial coin offering (ICO) period, a major focus has been ensuring our system more comfortable and transparent for use. We’re constantly updating the website and we’re enthused to offer a fully updated, more convenient service for checking the validity of information. 2) VINchain will take part in Global Entrepreneurship Week in Belarus

We are happy to announce that we’ve been selected for Global Entrepreneurship Week in Minsk (https://tinyurl.com/ydgoz73a), an annual, global event that connects people, businesses and enterprise from over 170 countries. We’ll take part in a key event, the First National Tradeshow of Innovative Companies and Startups (Startup-circle), also held in Minsk from November 12th - 14th, 2018. This unique event will gather business representatives, investors, international experts and more in one place, making it a great opportunity for VINchain to gain new connections and spread word of our vision.

Our Belarusian team will be in attendance and we would love to meet all of you who will pass by. We are ready to tell you everything about VINchain.

We won Belbiz Battle 2018!

We competed in the Belbiz Battle on the GEW stage on November 13th, which was held with the support of the British Embassy. This event aimed to discover startups and companies with a ready-for-market product, who could show a promising revenue and have raised funds from investors. VINchain was fortunate to be named among the winners thanks to the hard work of our team and strength of our platform. We’re elated that our passion to evolve the automotive industry and now we are focused on our development in Europe and Great Britain. Thanks to Belbiz Battle and the efforts of our team we have opportunities to tour the UK while meeting with investors to receive mentorship and funding.

Within the framework of the World Entrepreneurship Week, Belbiz Battle 2018 acted as a competition to decide the five best startups. Out of over 100 participants VINchain was named among 5 winners. Selected by a jury, winners will be sent to London in February of 2019. We are especially grateful to our team-member Anastasiya Kazakova for delivering a winning presentation.

1) NADA Show 2019

VINchain will have a booth while we attend NADA between January 24th through 27th, be sure to come say hello if you’re in attendance. The event is perhaps the largest across the entire automotive industry and an ideal place to spread our vision while expanding our partnerships. This is especially important at this stage of our growth as we’re focused on growing our data marketplace by joining up with large vehicle data providers. We look forward to the enormous opportunity and hope to see you there!

2) OBD platform

We’ve reached a point in our growth where we’ve decided that our behind-the-scenes development is suitable to focus on the VINchain Connected Car Device. This is known as an onboard diagnostic (OBD) device and makes any car as smart as your phone. The device itself relies on a platform to be useful to everyone from consumers to large enterprise and fleet owners, we’re committed to making our OBD platform usable in beta by the time we attend NADA at the end of January.

As we develop our onboard diagnostic (OBD) device and platform (branded as VINchain Connected Car Device), we are committed to partnering with dealerships and service centers. We believe our device platform is vital to develop as the means to produce first revenue and demonstrate the incredible utility of our blockchain data marketplace. With the National Automotive Dealership Association (NADA) Show fast approaching, we are devoted to courting mutually beneficial partnerships. We believe having a beta OBD platform is the most surefire way to accomplish this while highlighting the strengths of VINchain.

VINchain 2018 Wrapup

As the year comes to an end it’s the perfect time to remember and reflect on what we have succeeded in and are proud of.

2018 was an incredible year for VINchain, we’ve started to bring our vision to life and continue to work hard on our development. There will be more updates to come but for now let’s highlight achievements of our passionate team and community.

This year was full of events that enabled us to spread our idea across the industry, form valuable connections and even win competitions.

We attended the Digital Dealer Conference & Expo in Orlando, eMerge Americas expo, Emerge conference in Minsk, IoT World where we entered and won the “Project Kairos” startup pitching competition. We participated in the Annual Summit World Tokenomic Forum, took part in the “Connected & Autonomous Vehicles 2018” conference, Global Entrepreneurship Week in Belarus, competed in the Belbiz Startup Battle on the GEW stage which was held with the support of the British Embassy and more. We’re poised to hit the ground running in 2019 with new conferences and events that we’ll share with our amazing community.

We had an extremely fruitful year developing our MVP, hosted webinars with our CEO, onboarded a large team of experienced in automotive industry advisors, became members of automotive associations including ASA (Automotive Service Association), NIADA (National Independent Automobile Dealers Association), MOBI (Mobility Open Blockchain Initiative) and GAVDA (Global Alliance for Vehicle Data Access). We forged promising partnerships with A Better Bid, Autoinspect, Epic VIN, VinGurus, CarsDesk, Easy Export, Vininspect, AdvertiseCarsFree, DASH, ZEUS Protocol, UnbiasedAuto and continue to grow. We released an updated version of our website which is now live and listed VIN tokens (VIN) on two top exchanges - IDCM and IDAX.
