I live in Canada as well and read that. I signed up just in case we can. I also thought if CrowdCube doesn’t allow Canadians it wouldn’t allow me to register but it did let me register and it does ask where you are from. So will wait for more info.

Just wondering how have you come up with a company valuation of £100m does your company own any asserts currently. Which would form part of the equity people are buying. Does it have a working product which is actively being used and you are generating income from or have you sat around a table and thought why dont we value our company at £100m....

It depend on the growth of this network but it won't happen in overnight look over the history of other multi dollars companies how hard time they had before this to achieve this milestone. If you have strong faith into this project than it will grow.

 This is a pretty conservative valuation which is based on a very detailed and conservative model of expected growth over the next 5 years.
