Actually there is not a set time to know the licenese will be approved or not. This will be in the hands of the regulators.

Babb team has already started the campaign to bring the small businesses on board. Lot of people see Babb's future as one big institution with variety of services from banking services to own cards for businesses and individuals. There is gap which is not letting small businesses to accept cryptocurrencies and Babb will fill the gap successfully.

I hope the dramatic decline of the entire cryptocurrency market will not affect the plans of the BABB team? In my opinion, this is really one of the most developed and promising projects for attracting the non-banking population to the payment market.

BABB is a utility token. It's not a security. There are no dividends associated with it.
The BAX token is used under the hood to operate the services of the platform across all the geographies and jurisdictions served by the platform.BABB supports traditional banking functions such as transfers, payments, cash in/out, as well as other peer-to-peer transactions using smart contracts.

Will the app provide application for converting fiat into tokens direct from bank accounts? If so how many different fiats is BABB going to service?

Yes, it will. That's how you'd be able to use your BAX tokens.
With regards to what currency, that will depend on the licenses gained.

I don’t think Bax will ever have a fixed price point to operate the platform. Rather, it will change in accordance to the value of GBP. For example, if it costs £0.05 (100 bax) to send £1000, this could become 50 bax (still £0.05) if bax appreciates in value. The token burn model ensures bax appreciates over time (5 years).

You are right on that, security tokens derive their value from an external, tradable asset whereas utility tokens represent a unit of account for the network.

You should check this update it is last chance to join equity corwdsale which is really big opportunity to invest into this project. I'm holding this token since ICO and already invested into this phase too.

Getting a banking licence is not a necessity for BABB, it's their preference. BABB intends to apply formally for a banking license very soon. Receiving a banking license will enable BABB to take deposits and conduct treasury management on those funds allowing an additional revenue source. BABB has many options for a partner banks across Europe if it does not obtain a banking licence in the UK or Europe in 2018. If BABB has any issues with a partner bank in the UK, it has many options in Europe where BABB can hold segregated accounts.
