So did you lost your wallet or do you need the backup as you jsut can have one wallet open at the same time. Just save the backup file on an USB stick or another computer just save the file that is all or did i missed your question?

I had HBC on my lending wallet on computer,but it crashed because of bug. Now I cant open the wallet. It says: „this application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way”. I havent the copy of wallet, but I have my receive-adress and key. Can you help me, developers?

I think delete the wallet, just download again, this is the easiest way, as long as you save your address and private key

Make sure to install the wallet and save it on the desktop or a folder you know as if not you can not access the folder so easily, so just search the folder where you installed it and pull it to another folder you know. I am sure you will find it somewhere within you programms as I do not know all your folders :/ If you still got problems later let me know.

Yes this is really important "as long as you save your address and private key" in the worst case your HBC are gone and we can not help you then, if your not sure about something just ask.

I installed it on Desktop of Mac OS system.

Because It is different between MAC OS and WINDOWS System during do installation. So I'm confuse it.
With windows system HBC Wallet will be installed in the specify folder and easy to track it. But in MAC OS don't like it.

And I can't find out any file name "wallet.dat" in MAC OS. I already search it.

The file "wallet.dat" backup can use for both Windows system and MAC OS right?

- go to the Finder of Mac OS if you have not done so already

- from the “Go” menu navigate down to “Go to Folder”

or better yet

- hit Command+Shift+G from the Mac OS X desktop or a Finder window

"In case you want to reset your 2FA we need

- Username
- The exacht numbers from the HBC and BTC on the account
- How many people do you have in your downline
