Why I hate 90% of Bitcoin investors

Yeah, I agree with you. Most of the investors now don't have enough knowledge and skills. They just want to get rich fast. This makes Bitcoin become a bubble.

We’re all entitled to our own opinions and I respect yours OP. It’s true that a lot of investors with this kind of mindset has popped up and we can’t do anything to avoid it because everyone has their own selfish and greedy intentions. I think that in the long run, they won’t be able to achieve their goal of getting rich fast because there’s no way of doing that, even with bitcoin. They must learn first and have some perserverance because there are no shortcuts in life.

There is no doubt the Blockchain tech is maybe the most innovative thing in the history of economy so far. But I think it is not logic that, blaming the people because of their desires to earn money. This is the human nature and the most percentege of the coin traders are always aiming to make more profit by using the cryptocurrencies.

I can't stand bitcoiners on this forum, but not necessarily in general.  One of the good things about bitcoin is that everyone is chasing the same thing, worldwide.  That's not the case with US dollars, beanie babies, or a lot of other things, and it's the reason why we're above $8000 right now. 

Even the scummy shitposters are chasing the same bitcoin--and that part of it I can appreciate.  Though I wish at least 75% of them would drop off the face of the earth, they do contribute to the economy.  That's a good thing.  I just wish they'd stick to the local boards and leave the rest of us who can communicate properly alone.

Then there's the scammers.  I realize they exist with every asset, but it seems as though bitcoin attracts a disproportionate amount of them.  That might not be exactly true, but it seems that way.

Indeed. I am quite sure that people's overall understanding and appreciation of Bitcoin's technological aspects are growing, but there is no point into discarding the fact that people see it as a speculative investment option.

If that wasn't the case, this market would attract far less interest, and directly far less capital. Institutions are a great example of that, they don't care about Bitcoin, but are more than ever tempted to enter this market.

At the end of the day, everyone is free to use Bitcoin as an investment option, currency, store of value, and so forth. For that reason I don't get why people are bothered by how others use or think about Bitcoin ~ mind your own business.

Bitcoin as of right now is classified as an investment with the hopes of being a global world wide currency with only 21 million in circulation to be shared with 7 plus billion people.  So can you imagine if the only currency people can spend is bitcoin?  That would mean each bitcoin could be worth 1 million plus dollars eventually.  So yeah, people do invest in bitcoin to make money!

Maybe I hate some Bitcoin investors because they complain too much. People who do not really know about Bitcoin will hesitate, and often ask about the rise and fall in prices of Bitcoin. But actually their complaints have no effect on our lives. So I tend not to think too much about all those complaints. I am more alert and afraid if many people know Bitcoin every day. I'm afraid if later when many people who Bitcoin, later collect Bitcoin become increasingly difficult. I'm also afraid that when more people are investing in Bitcoin, Bitcoin will have trouble. Hopefully it does not happen and I can still continue my investment with Bitcoin.

I think the only reason can be that the investor keep on hold bitcoin for a long time but I think it’s important to do so because when you come to know that bitcoin price is low and then you buy bitcoin so definitely you will have to wait for the right time and when the right time come so you will sell your bitcoin and then I think you can take your profit.

Why you care about other bitcoin investor? You should think about your personal investing choice and make sure you do the right decision. There's a lot of people that works and dont have a lot of time to get informated about bitcoin so they just invest and watch their money grow.

The goal for investing was always to make the money. The difference is maybe that previous investors in Bitcoin were more interested in Bitcoin itself, they were more enthusiasts and many of todays investors are interested in profit and profit only without any knowledge about Bitcoin and I would say about the philosophy that Bitcoin represents.

Most people that investing bitcoin now, are just investing to make money. It annoys the hell out of me. 90% of people haven't read the white paper! Don't even know why decentralisation is a good thing! Don't know why the blockchain is such a revolutionary invention! It annoys me so much! These people just invest because they want to "get rich quick".

And the annoying thing is that if someone had told me about bitcoin 6 years ago, I still would have put all of my money into it. Unfortunately I'm only 16 so I didn't know ANYONE (when I was 9) that would tell me about bitcoin. I only just heard of it 7 months ago and henceforth, have become OBSESSED with crypto. Now I've dropped out of school for crypto and it really does my nut in when all I hear is "Bitcoin to $10K!", "Bitcoin to $20k!".

Deep down I actually hope that the bubble (yes it is a mini-bubble) pops after the Segwit fork and that the price goes back down to $2k. That way all of these stupid investors can suck their thumbs and get taught a lesson. 90% of these people also would have said bitcoin was a scam 9-15 months ago but now look at them. They run around like fucking idiots screaming "BLOCKCHAAINN!!!", "DECENTRALISATIONNNN!!!".

You're not the only one who is getting pissed off with a majority of the people who are flooding into Bitcoin now, and I get even angrier when I look at the market and see that the price isn't going up because people actually think that Bitcoin is a groundbreaking technology or it has value beyond being a token, it's going up because money is being pushed in because "Oh look the value is bigger now! Better dump more in!". It's a bunch of retarded investors who would never be able to hack it in most marketplaces and instead are surrounded by people who pretend to be retarded to get everyone push the value to go up, and then believe they're in good company.

I have money in Bitcoin, I am getting appreciations on my investments, I'm not some angry no-coiner. I'm mad that the market has no idea what it is doing and we're just stacking ourselves up for a bubble which is bound to pop as soon as some sweeping uncertainty rolls around.

investors are of two types long term investors and short term investors, Long term investors hold bitcoin for a long time and seeking big profit, why short term investors rely on small profit and do rapid trading on daily bases, i think long term investment is good and more safe than short term investment, where we have more chances to lose our money. People always trying to buy bitcoin at low price and then hold it for a long time to get good profit.

All of us are here for money. Different people use different method to earn money. I don't judge anyone's method. I myself am searching ways to make money here. I can also choose to invest in bitcoin.But honestly there is no evil way. Everyone earns more money to use dishonest ways. So hate it.
