Theres no bounties for newbies if there is,you wont get a good stakes.I suggest to stay away from campaigns for now and focus on ranking here by being active in threads.
You always can participate in social media campaigns (Twitter and Facebook etc.). Also in content creating campaigns - videos, articles and so on.

They are hard to come by.  I started a couple months ago, and just slowly waited for my rank to go up.  Bounties are likely here to stay in the community so plenty of time to find more!

It is very hard for a newbie to be accepted in bounty you need to be encouraged to be a good poster on this forum and gradually you will rank up with dedication and hardwork,
you need to  be very patient you will get there thereafter you will have so many options to choose from e.g signature campaigns, bounties campaigns and airdrop.

You can start posting in different threads in order to be atleast Junior Member by the time. There are very rare possibilities for any campaign for newbies, better to wait atleast untill you become a Junior Member that would do something better..

There are not many signature campaigns that allow newbies to participate. However it hardly 30 minimum activity which can be accomplished within 30 days to go from a newbite to Jr. Member account, and almost all ICO's allow Jr Members to participate in their campaigns.

There are a lot of new bounties that are poping up here and there in altcoin market places section of Bitcointalk.org. You have to dirty your hand and dig dip into that section and move further to bounties section you will see a lot of them even some will allow you do a signature.

In the past we have got few campaigns as well bounty programs that accept newbies. Now everything has been changes and as quoted above user needs to make himself at least a junior member to get a slot into any of the campaign. For this user needs to wait for few weeks time.

I don't know why you can't wait for some weeks to attain Jr.member rank, there is a reason why newbie is not allowed in most campaign, if you take time to learn about the space it will help you

I feel its okay for you to ensure you rank higher in your level, before you start hunting for  bounty campaign, as bounty campaign pays off base on your rank on Bitcointalk.

You could join the bounty campaign Micromoney, but unfortunately it has already ended. But I would not much trust the bounty campaign that accepts newcomers as participants.
