should i buy btc now or sell?

hallo guys, i am new to trading btc. and days before the bitcoin gold fork, i was advice to sell my btc (which i did) because it was suspected to drop in price few days to come. But surprisingly, from then till this very moment, btc has been on a continuous rise. now btc is at $7000+ and we are getting close to the next fork in mid-nov. DO YOU GUYS ADVICE I BUY BACK BTC AT THIS CURRENT PRICE OR WAIT for a possible drop in price?

You should wait and keep calm, the market try to find their pattern. BTC price too high to buy and too many news about btc that can give negative impact into it. This is the end of the year, everything could happen and we need to prepare about the risk. For safety, I suggest you buy btc after the end of the year and try to find the buy area using long period time. Have a nice day.

As present price is fluctuating in between 10k and 11k get it to some stable point then sell and if you bought it in September then this time must be suitable for you to sell but it depend on the mindset and mine mindset is I will sell when price will be above 15k and I want to earn more because I bought in the previous days maybe many people are aiming with me to sell at 15 but my value is not stable it may vary to 20k also,

Every people has different target about their bitcoin.
For me now its time to sell and i will buy back in some low point because i am waiting for correction.

I don't see point to do manipulating your investments in btc. 13.000$ - clearly not the limit, you just need to have patience. falls will still be . But obviously, bitcoin will become very, very expensive

Bitcoin is giving opportunity to everyone, buyer as well as for seller. Last week when bicoin crossed $11000 there was a chance to sell bitcoin and book your profit. After hitting much predicted and psychological barrier bitcoin currency rolled down sharply and settled down near $9000. This was a good chance to make an entry and buy. but i believe in bitcoin , OP has created this post 3 November when the price just $7000 , but this the reality , now the price was pumping more than $7000 , did u think u should buy or not ?

Right. So many people even when it was $5000 was waiting to see if there would be a drop in value without bothering to imagine what the value would end up being like eventually when the value becomes high in some few months’ time.

There is no point in buying at this high price so I will hold my existing coins and will wait for much higher price in coming weeks or months and it achieves my target price then I will start selling my coins without any hesitation or getting more greedy as holding too long can be risky too.

perhaps cause indeed we have a different manner.. but for me this not the right time to sell cause bitcoin growth rate still increasing maybe it will continue to surge until year end and as we noticed the bitcoin valued keep making some corrections time on time . I think soon it will reach 15k before December 25 so im not gonna make a stupid decision for now. maybe when bitcoin fall even 20%.

Just hold your btc when the rate high. Don't do anything to buy untill the next  hardfork begins.

Before hardfork start the rate will down that's the righ time to buy.

You are right but still the op needed to see what the right for him According to the amount of the btc he has , in actual OP have no btc now because as he said that he already sold from the suggestion or his friend , so here how he will make profit as he is facing loss by selling his btc earlier the price increase .
Here my suggestion for the OP is to buy the bitcoin currently whatever the price and hold it for the long term of one year because bitcoin is that coin which having increasing demand and decreasing supply , so better to buy and hold .
And also here I would like to suggest OP that don't go for the trading Because soemtimes people think that they will make trading with their btc to increase with such a big instability in the market but it is really a hard thing because with the increasing market of the bitcoin the market of altcoins getter down , so be careful and hold btc in Wallet is more better for you .

It depends on you. There are many people who are doing day trading with bitcoins. Day trading with bitcoins is also profitable job. I tried to do day trading with bitcoins and I earned .1 btc per week because of day trading.

do both of them.. selling at high price while make buy order in low price. it will be good technique to get some profit. but we cant predict the price. you need to learn short term technique on this situation. but you can hold your bitcoin for reach the price target as you want.

I will not buy now as price is very high for me but I am thinking to sell my coins but again it gives me a feeling that I have waited so long to sell my coins so its better to hold for some more days and sell it when it achieves the price of $10k in next few days or weeks as that will be the best price to sell bitcoins.

A lot of traders are actually expecting to sell when it is $10,000, and I will be very careful when trying to sell. Most times when everyone is trying to think alike though, it is always very crazy as whales are always ready to step in at those moments to buy what you are dropping.

I may be wrong, but I guess we will just have to see. Bitcoin is getting even more interesting trading now, and you can never tell how it turns out.

Price is now above 10k and now it’s far then the approach of common man to buy because bitcoin has high price now and only those will invest who have enough resources to buy and I think a fall will give a common person chance to buy bitcoin because bitcoin is becoming rich people investment because many people are daily wagers and they cannot meet to the so much high price so a fall here will give a good option.

I am not buying now but bought at $12.5k and I think it was the good decision to buy as of now have already made profits of $2.5k per coin and hoping to make more in coming days as if it touches $20k then it will be a good price to sell my coins and make quick profits of $7.5k.
