Cryptopia clearly says not to mine directly to the account wallet there, but it sure looks like some are doing so on Nano. I may try later, see what happens. anyone know the minimum payout on Nano?

Well the reason (normally) why u should not mine directly to an exchange is because of the wallet id. Some coins on an exchange need an wallet address + payment id for deposits. So in this case (again, normally..) if u can enter ur own ''wallet address''.''payment id'' in ur .bat file or .conf, it should be fine. On some pools u can only use an wallet address and not an payment id, in this case ur coins will never arrive on the exchange. Why contraband says not to do it, i dont know why.. But.. possibly there is a reason right now for not doing it (i dont know what the reason is, but normally its not any problem as long as u can do what the exchange need (walletaddres+payment id)). On nanopool i am using my own address and not the cryptopia address.

Maybe u know, one day u are walking down the street and whoops ETN went to 20 dollar each. Then u can drive with ur car to the Lamborghini dealer to buy an Lambo (don't care what 2018 model it is, just buy one because the whole cryptoplanet is talking about lambo's) with the Android ETN app

With a paper wallet to start out with....

Maybe I'll load it up again and forget about it. Maybe it just will take days to sync up..... Thank you tho! that confirms it is the right one I have...

Yeah try it again indeed and maybe u need to start it as administrator (dont know if ur using windows, or use sudo on ubununutntutnutu). It should be the correct version (when i read the discription), but.. I didnt test this one, i was testin an ETN pool before the fork. If u want i can test this version (but please, try first by ur self again). U know what? I gonna test it right now for you. 2018-06-07 16:52:09.994 [P2P6] INFO global src/cryptonote_protocol/cryptonote_protocol_handler.inl:1152 [1;33m[162.244.83.24:26967 OUT] Synced 501/308334[0m okay, this gonna take a while ^^ (ps, i dont use the blockchain.raw to speed it up). When and where are u gettin that message about the fork? Also as i can see i am busy syncin to 308334 so that's also correct. If u get the fork message around the block where ETN got forked, i will need an hour or more to check that message (but i dont know why he should do it, looks fine so far).

Hey Thanks JoenNL, I think I just realized something I may have been doing wrong on the CLI side.... I was creating a new account using the same name and pass I used in the older version CLI pre-fork... that was not right, but my thinking was it was a total new chain per se' but its not lol So atm I am updating the electroneumD seems to be progressing. I will follow up and let you know on that part. Also I went ahead and created a new account name and pass etc for the CLI. Actually I kind of just jumped back into the ETN game without a lot of thought to things as I had been here before and mined etc using Paper wallet and so forth. So hopefully it will update and my new account will sync up Thanks man!!

What u should do is running the node/deamon (ElectroneumD) for syncin, when this is 100% (u will get a message as u probably already know) and after u can start the wallet client and open ur old wallet file + password. But first always fully sync and after start the client. Do not start the client while the deamon is syncin (well it should not be a problem, but this is the way i always did) And sure, no problem!

Hey Miners, our pool - https://electroneum.fairhash.org/ is finding blocks and paying miners. We are working on the etn market starting from oct.17, you could still remember http://etn.fairhash.org/ that we stopped when fork happend. It still contain all statistics, and one could check how many payments we made and blocks found. We pay to exchanges, support integrated addresses as well Addresses with Payment ID. We introduced telegram/email notifications about your workers if they go down. Most important we will help you in our telegram 25h a day . https://t.me/joinchat/HDOioA315XobboIsPJ-72gFeel free to join!

The main reason and probably the only one for which the exchanges don't want miners to mine directly to their exchange wallet, is because this loads their secrets with many transactions, some of which might be small ones.
As for the best wallet, I'm using the official Android wallet. It works fine and sometimes I leave it mining.

all hash rate for now is about 30 MH/sec - 20.5 nanopool, 2 fairhash, 1 spacepools, 1 hashvault and lees others... but difficulty is 19000137766 - its equals 158.33 MH/sec why? because of difficulty adjust 80 blocks and some cheater uses this. he is mining with approximately 140 MH/sec (some hidden/private pool or solo) about 2-3 hours on low difficulty 80-100 blocks, then difficulty adjust and he stops... after that nanopool (20.5 MH/sec) is finding blocks with high diff not 2 min/block, but 15-20 min... for others its hours..
may be difficulty adjust must be less then 80 blocks? 5 - 10 for example?

Yep.. Looks like there is still a problem. Some good news though, my transaction from May 30th finally went through! Happy about that.

may be its 250-300 blocks look at blocks 308036 - 308300 a lot of cases when in 1 minute someone found 3-4 blocks (308091 - 308094)! its about 15-20 sec / block, but it must be 2 min / block
