Most people who do not own many coins or if the value of coins is less I think use myetherwallet, as its the best one out there that is free.

Myetherwallet belongs to one of the many recommended wallets by the ICO's project. That is why most people already familiar with such wallet especially bounty hunters and small investors. It is easier to use and safe based on my experiences.

MEW very popular because the interface is friendly-use , MEW its not bank , but wallet for store erc-20 token and eth ballance using web platform , very fast loading and have a lot feature for the users.
yeah , Myetherwallet its safe if we dont share our private-key or keystore to another untrustworthly person , i used MEW maybe 1 years ago till now.

I agree with your opinion, many people are harmed if using myetherwallet. Because of the many hackers who keep trying to break into someone's MEW account, security is indeed a very important thing especially for the very popular wallet MYETHERWALLET.

Using it only for some transactions if expecting problems with internet speed or synchro of ethereum wallet. Very good tool indeed but can build a habit of using external resources for storing your values. For several years to go imao this tool will be very useful 'cause of Ethereum ecosystem problems.

Each wallet has many positive and many negative reviews. I no longer believe this. I have been using this purse for a long time and I had no problems using it. This is a convenient and reliable wallet

You should really avoid the above.

Use https://www.myetherwallet.com/ for small transactions and the offline version for larger amounts to be safe.
Loosing your coins through phishing links can happen with other online exchanges also.

MEW has a lots of advantages. It does not store you private keys, has the best support for new tokens and is easy to use.

I am very careful, I have my private key at a USB, and the site bookmarked. I have two wallets: one for airdrops and another for other activities). And everything is ok)
many people have problems... Dont open unknown sites and use UBUNTU

It is true that a 100k thousands of people do used MEW including me also, but why still some of the users of MEW got hacked their account in mew if this is really safe? Maybe it could be their negligence why they became a victim by the hacker because of clicking fishing site or something giving their information which the hacker can get a chance to steal their account infomation.

Never used it myself but I know people who have; it’s quite a popular wallet and there are A LOT of fakes pretending to be the real deal so bear that in mind if you’re using it, they have warnings up about it
