To the HOLD Community,
This is an update on our investment in a new cryptocurrency exchange. During Q4 of
2017 we were approached by a start-up company called Bithemoth who was working on
a revolutionary all-encompassing exchange platform. These developers were seeking a
short-term partner and initial investment to help scale this project and bring it to market
as soon as possible. Seeing this as an excellent opportunity, Interstellar Holdings,
invested into Bithemoth and supported them during the later development stages of
their project. Bithemoth exchange is starting to finalize the development of their platform
and will begin their Presale within the next few weeks. Upon completion of Bithemoth’s
full ICO schedule, Interstellar Holdings will be paid out a multiple of their initial
investment and receive several other negotiated perks in the process.
This is a simple break down of the deal we structured with Bithemoth:
Interstellar Holdings will receive 100% of its initial investment back upon
completion of Bithemoth’s Presale
Upon completion of the full ICO schedule Interstellar Holdings will receive
another monetary installment valued at 2x the Initial Investment or 3x if the ICO
runs past Q3 of 2018.
HOLD coin will be listed on the exchange at no charge.
Interstellar Holdings will get free front-page advertising on the exchange as a
featured coin.
HOLD community members will get advanced notification of Bithemoth coin
releases and will also have special access to certain coin sales not offered to
anyone else.
We at interstellar Holdings believe that this was an excellent investment for Interstellar
Holdings, because not only are we receiving a multiple return on our initial investment,
but we are also securing perks for our community and strategic partners that will help lift
HOLD to new heights. What also needs to be mentioned is that we are in the process of
negotiating future investments with Bithemoth, but this still ongoing and will be finalized
once the exchange becomes fully operational.

o.k. Im guessing investment from HOLD coin to Bitmoth was for their ability to launch ICO and for marketing expenses that can be huge in crypto ICO launch. If Bitmoth delivers what it is promissing will be great for the HOLD community.
