Most people now with the rise of bitcoin value, just want to hold bitcoin for as long as they can so that they can maximize their worth. But isn't it a little too greedy to just keep holding bitcoin?
We've all read that story in the school with the moral "Greed is a Curse".
So what if too much greed in bitcoin may backfire? What if, the hodlers end up with nothing?
I don't think that the word greedy is not suitable for holding a bitcoin.I'm holding my bitcoin,am i greedy?no its not.We are just doing our business here.and besides it is our money.Holding a bitcoin is a kind of strategy to earn.
Better to say its smart rather then its greedy to hold bitcoin because bitcoin did not touch its peak yet and it will be nourished may be upto 50k$ and that will be the day to sale the bitcoins if needed so its smart to hold bitcoin.

I think no, because the company and management of bitcoin knows how to value every customers future. They provide a strong security to assure that all dreams in life of every individual can achieve and become successful free from struggles or conflict which can stop it.

Well, for me, holding bitcoin isn't greedy, it is just a wise choice for holders though it is not easy holding because it will take a lot of patience and positive thinking for us to be able to have our desired value. Aiming for the best isn't being greedy, it is just a way of traders to earn and have security for the future. It is a wise decision.

On my mind it can not be used such terms as greediness. We must talk in the words of income, profit and effectiveness. If holding of Bitcoin has any sense then it is right even when for someone it looks like greediness.

I don't think you should consider it as a greedy act to hold your bitcoin for so long because our needs varies differently. Some people hold their bitcoin for the sake of earning larger amount of profit and to satisfy their needs and I consider myself as one of them. The volatility of bitcoin was made to attract more investors who are aiming to have higher profits through holding so you can't consider it as a selfish act.

I don't think so. Long - term holders of bitcoins are confident that bitcoins will bring them profits. And those who frequently buy and sell, they want to buy when prices are low, after prices of those who sell, they frequently buy and sell, want to get profit, they are greedy, the end result is the greedy person would be punished.

I think holding bitcoin or any other digital currency is not greedy since you are just doing that for the profit you can get after time.  I think we just need to be contented on what we can get, we just need to set a goal and be OK with it. I think that is the problem to bitcoin holders these days, when Bitcoin price pumps up the holders think that they will be able to get more profit from it when they will be holding it more.

Bitcoin is often a cause of greed, because many times they keep bitcoin, and they expect huge profits for that reason. Where the weavers are spoiled in the greed. It is better for me to sell at the cost of the bits without losing the bitcoin.

Holding Bitcoin is not greediness. If you are holding bitcoin and stepping on other people just to have it, then it is greediness. There is nothing wrong in holding bitcoin because it is your hardwork and you just wanted to haveyour bitcoin a good price. It is your investment and you did not steal it from someone.

Of course it might be selfishness that got in the way for many people, especially for those who bought bitcoin at a certain price. But I wouldn't advise selling your bitcoins right now, especially if it isn't very important.

You actually bought your Bitcoin to make profit, so we are allowed to hold our Bitcoin for as much as we want to until we are satisfied with its price.. Some atoms of greed plays in sometimes though, but you can't really judge a man for wanting more.

I don't think that holding bitcoin is greedy. An individual who's aspirant on become rich someday should not be thrifty. Bitcoin is a matter of investment just like in stocks. If you maintain your bitcoin in your wallet for a long term, it could increase or decrease because one does not know when bitcoin would reach their margin and decrease.

I don't think so. It's like saving money, holding it for a the better future.
I guess that greed has a karma or a negative consequence, but it can't doesn't effect on holding bitcoin.
It all counts on the way you are going to do it, and its all up to you in the end.

Don't get too much worry. The rise of bitcoin price won't make people more greedy, but more competitive. Besides people who have been holding bitcoin for a long time are likely to be more patient than greedy because they are capable of keeping bitcoin for such long time and waiting for its high price.
