There isn't a set time of day. The past few newsletters have been delivered at different times of the day on the third Thursday of each month.
FCT and NEO have already been recommended, so it definitely is not these.

He hinted at recently meetng with the solarcoin team, so I suspect this will be his next pick.

I am not a subscriber but IF you have BIG amount to invest it is worth it.

Do the math, some recommended coins spiked 2.5-7 times after the magazine is "leaked".  See OMG, NEO, GAS, ZEN, etc..  No one can guarantee this but seems to be the trend.  Of course you need to sell/unload at the right time as well to really appreciate the "gains" because some of them are temporary.

It’s not xrp because xrp was their “special pick”during their sales pitch webinar a few weeks ago.

Emc2 is pumping because of coin burn coming in December. Plus, I’m having a hard time seeing the long term value of emc2.

I doubt it’s zcoin considering it was zencash last month so why would they pick something similar? Besides that zcoin is pumping now because of the masternodes announcement

i would like to start the talk about the Palm Beach Confidential pick for this month ... after watching some recent videos on youtube and looking at some forums as it seems they are going to pick of Those coins  ( XRP - SYS - STORJ - BAT - GOLEM ) , last month was Zencash coin which saw a great rise in price

i would like to know your opinions about which one you think will be picked and why
   

XRP definitely unlikely to be the pick.. too famous already, and they already recommended an anonymous coin last month, I would be surprised if they did it again.
SYS STORJ BAT and GOLEM also not sure because they have already a high market cap...
Maybe STORJ with its 85 million could still be plausible.
BAT is also in a very interesting stage and wouldn't be surprised if that's the pick.
Other perfect candidates rumored are MTH and STEEM.

Because those coins have been known to pump big time, ie easy gains, and to keep going for a long period of time. I mean honestly the guy has made some excellent calls in the past and has made people a lot of money.
