Sorry it is a bit hard to understand your post. 

We are a mult-pool so we mine the most profitable coin at the time.  Unfortunatly Gaocoin jumped its chain, and when resynced the found blocks were invalid.  Tune was disabled as we were having issues but we are renableing now.

Do you offer any balance swaps?
Currently I've been waiting about 2+ weeks to get paid out due to your adding of new coins making the one I'm owed less profitable and therefore not mined.
I probably wouldn't have mined it if I knew that you create a negative balance aka a 'debt' that is owed to your miners.
Currently the pools debt is BTC0.01384226 to me; I do not want people to owe me money, just wanted my coins

Any chance of adding the ability to use the "mc=XXX" directive to the password that will allow a miner to control which coin within an algorithm his hashrate is directed to?

On lower hashrate pools, sometimes the most profitable coin has too high a difficulty to be reasonable (e.g. Solaris vs Vsync in xevan), so I'd prefer my mining efforts to be directed to something I'm more likely to have success with.

Unfortunatly that’s what happens when the coin jumps off the correct chain.  The difficulty goes lower and we are the only miner on that chain.  We do not benefit from this either as the blocks are invalid and worth nothing.

Both BORG and Matrix are on stuck chains.  These will mature once the chain catches up.  Once we have a direct port for these you will be able to direct mine then which will help move the chain along.
