Not all. But a cryptocurrency can be used to build a program with a ponzi scheme. There are other several ICO out there that actually needed funding that will build a useful protocol for future. Take a look at Filecoin, where it will be used for future protocols for storage; XYO Network, where it will be used for geolocation, you can check their website, it has many use cases and a company backing it.

If the ICO is good enough, then yeah, it can definitely 10x your investments. But of course, this is easier said than done and finding the "right" ICO is often very challenging.

Don't forget to mention that XYO Network is pretty good protocol too. I was just hoping people can see what I am thinking. I am not very good at explaining my ideas and thoughts but I will come to that someday. Even Equi Capital is a good platform for venture capitalist. Imagine an average man like me could have access to venture activities. Before it was only reserved for elite people and rich. Now with my $1000 I could invest in it using their platform.

Let’s see on the rates of risks related to ICO projects. So this money are not free. On some projects you would lose money and few projects could be profitable. Participation in ICO is some kind of gambling.

ico have their destination, for develop something is the best reason. but many ico just for collecting money, and its work. as bounty hunter we can earn money from here too. so its no problem and never worry about it
