yea, many ICO scam now, before deciding to invest we should be careful and analyze about the ICO project, even ICO which is convincing and inviting many investors there is still the possibility of scam, and until now there is no solution how scam ICO projects can be reduced or eliminated.

Although all of the ICO is not good, I won't say that all the ICO developers have a bad motivation, but the ones that do are obviously bringing in revenue and being rolled out. Its not ponzi but scam. They do not need to do the ponzi system because they run away with all the funds without giving any return. If the ICO are real they really get profit from their project.

Initial coin offerings are seriouse business. Its nothing for getting free money. You can try it and start one, and you will see you wouldnt receive any cent. For a sucessfull initial coin offering, you need a good idea, a great team and a lot discipline. You have to work very hard for it, and on the beginning for free without getting any money. And it can be, that you worked for three months, but they dont reached the softcap and the projects is not going to start. So theres no free money in icos.

New way to earn free money with just a penny. If you don't have a background on crypto, you can't use your money properly. All the giveaways have given in ICO is almost 1$-3$ and when you trade it into real money, you couldn't withdraw it or gone with the higher charges. The time you've invested was become worthless. Free money is like earning mbtc in some faucets.

You need to tell the difference when it comes to knowing which ICO's are real and which ones are fake/ ponzi/ scam. For example if you check out DIMND you'll see that they're backed by some real world assets, They are backing your investments by real diamonds. Almost every single ICO without a proper announcement thread, With no good advertisement is a scam. ICO's are free money for their scammer devs.

I can't figure out what to do with escrow? Why have projects ceased to support escrow? Now it is very risky to invest.

I think that in ICO you will not get free coins, because you will have to invest your money, in order to earn. These are risks. Such earnings can not be called easy.

Yes. Somehow but only to the developers i think it became free money. But the poor investors and poor bounty hunters are just victims of the said scam. Sad but what can we do? Though there are also legit ICOs some of their tokens if not listed in exchanges, some dont increase in value.

Icos are very good method to invest your money, and if u are good at this u can earn more money than trading . I think its not ponzi.

ICO nobody regulates. Nobody knows what it is. It happens somewhere on the Internet, where there is no national binding, to any state. Accordingly, there is no regulation. They invented the rules for themselves, they declared themselves. The most they have is an online platform...

Definitely, no.
I mean no scam projects can be sued if they cheat or do something wrong. Also now  the contributors are much more sophisticated in their choice - the weak projects won't get money easily
