Not on exchanges yet. They just finished the private pre-sale phase which will be followed by a public sale together with the launch of the mainnet in Q2 2018.

It was already very expensive lol.

Does that mean this project is shady? I am yet to understand where this whole drama has started.And if investors are already aware of such situation before the start of the sale, its good for all of us and thanks to whoever has pointed out the truth

From where to get the news, this is really a bad phenomenon, if it is true, the impact on investors is a bit heavy, hope the team can come out clearly.

The team still working on the project as far as I can see it on github. Devs managed to implement Cypherium data structure https://github.com/cypherium/cvm/tree/master/common  a day ago. . .

When was the ICO. Last month? did they refund your BTC/Ethereum or did they keep your BTC/Ethereum.
Otherwise, is Cypherium being traded on any exchange now. Also when is the release.

The hard cap was reached, and the public sale was canceled. pre ico ended in February, but the team lost the eth fund (about 30к. eth)
 and they had to open the sale again, and I got my eth on my wallet back. I really believed in this project, but I will not do it any more. The team lost all the money and now collects new ones to return those who wish to receive a refund.
