Edit: 1.3mHash and 1033 / 1033 orphaned... never had that high failure ever

Nowhere in particular. A black hole in another galaxy. They are lost to all. It's mostly because the difficulty is so low and blocks are found so rapidly. As the difficulty increases, it should smooth out.

Nowhere.... they're orphans....... It happens with all (recent) coins on launch. As I said, as the difficulty gets higher, there will be less orphans. It's not just you getting them. I've mined over 602 blocks and 580 of them were orphans. It's partly luck.
