Seems there is at least one major multipool gobbling up xnc. After the diff drop, it's nearly impossible to get any share accepted if your a slower miner since they're finding blocks every 5-10 seconds

Definitely needs to be an improvement here and a consensus on what to do...

Hi Xencoin - it's good to see you're still around. Just wondering what happened to the pre-mined coins? Did you hold them or have they been 're-distributed'! Its been a long time since the coin was launched so it doesn't necessarily matter. If they are all gone then it would be sensible to change the opening post as the pre-mine is no longer relevant but will probably put a lot of people off the coin. If you still have them then is the bank still viable or could some be used to promote the coin further? None of my business really but just asking

We keep mining along, decide to revive the coin, and now you come out of the wood work almost damned 6 months later promising updates and more stuff? Like the other asked - where's the premine going? I'm sitting on a WHOLE LOT OF THESE THINGS and have watch the value drop to nothing after even more nothing... We've tried to support and bring life back. If you follow through, we will be happy to see it grow -- if you abandon us, and just run another pumpanddump on this coin, well --

If you still have them then is the bank still viable or could some be used to promote the coin further? None of my business really but just asking Curious as well. Considering I'm working to bring acceptance of the coin to some services I offer -- such as web-design/layout and other things such as site and code troubleshooting... I was even considering using this as a per/hour payment method for certain services -- which could give it some REAL value if others follow that method -- trading for services is much less regulatable than trading for physical goods. Service worth in the IT industry is 10x greater than 'hard goods worth' -- and if it can be applied in theory to services for coins - and enough partners are in on providing services - you will end up with a reciprocating environment that gradually increases the value of the coins. The problem with this theory is there is it is unbelieveably easy right now to go WAY OVER 51% with a small pool and about 20 miners on this coin -- difficulty does not adjust properly - so there are HUGE dumps of the coin into the market all the time... When I started working on the client, the Cryptsy value was almost .000028/LTC-> 1 XNC... As of this morning's multipool round, that flung over a million coins into the market today, the price dropped down to .000016/LTC -> 1 XNC... One sale was over half a million coins... I'm working on a block-explorer that offers aggregation of statistics like Blockchain.info but for other coins... I think that might help us get a better prospective of distribution. If anyone would like to commit code or has a codebase to start with, I'm all ears... I think we need to know what distribution looks like before I put much more time into this...

Starting to think I'm going to walk from this one before the dev pumps it back up again so he can dump it.
After today's two posts and no details or anything - and the slight movement on cryptsy leads me that scenario and I don't think I want to spend time integrating it if it's going to crash more than it has...
Anyone want some coins?

Why is xnc so cheap? 1.00 xnc only values about 0.000017 ltc, so 1.00 ltc values about 58823.53 xnc.

it isn't being pushed by dev much... if even at all... It was bumped by dev for two posts basically a couple days ago -- last night, some 5mil coins were picked up in a buy order - I smell another P&D... Which kinda sucks because I've done some work in the client already to fix some stuff and clean up other stuff --
