First do some research WHY BCH s rising? Once you figure that out, you ll understand it ll start going down next week due to that same reason.

This is my personal opinion, not an investment advice.

It's really the basics of market reading. Don't follow the crowd because the more enthusiastic they are about something the more fearful they'll be when the correction comes. They are buying without thinking and you can see that by the amount of money that went into it. There's still no merchants, no acceptance, just pure pump slogans. "it will be the new Bitcoin by May" Cheesy Sure...

Hi,

I'm new here. Bought in to bitcoin at £5100, sold at £6050, then bought back in at £5400, but it seems to be dropping.

Should I trade all my BTC for BCH on the short term or is it too late to get in to BCH?

BCT seems to be losing me money by the minute.

Thanks.

Trading your Bitcoin to Bitcoincash isn't a wise move for the moment since the Bitcoin price is dropping and the BCH is on ATH. Better to wait or to sell your BCH to BTC

no way! just hold your BTC

Yes. Not good idea i think. Bitcoin has more power then bch. And hold btc is good idea.
But for short term trading, you can try to buy it. Just for short trade but not long term hold bch.

Yes because it is pumping now it will hit for a long time then it will be dumped again and bitcoin will be stable that's the time to trade your bch to btc. That is how the market works some coins are dumping and you need to trade it with other coins that are pumping. I hope you will get my point. Pardon my english.

It's still falling and BCH is still rising.

I'm getting worried.

And this is how newbies usually lose money on the market. They see one coin going up and another down, read some forum trolls like the ones screaming "BCH is the new BTC" and make all the wrong assumptions. Don't get worried and have some confidence. Worst thing you can do is act on emotions. Analyse the situation before you do anything.

Bch market is growing rapidly I will say it is good the switch the market and did we have the time, do not leave the Bitcoin market as well just take a small part in the new market so you can have an opportunity where you can decide which market to choose on a certain situation. It's also possible that Bitcoin can cut wrist and it can rise among$5,000 more but let's see if we but ola money in bch then it can rise like 2 to 3x.

If you have much sum to stake have a balance portfolio don't be all into BTC or all into BCH if your stakes are less it hardly matters.

That would be an error. I recognize that Bch is increasing in price fast enough but I also think that this is due to Btc price drop lately. We all know that when Btc drops some well known altcoins see some increase in their price which make people believe that this must be the next big thing. It isn't as Btc will be in the top for a long time and for me it will be forever. Bch is good for trading as I see a lot of volatility in its price and this maybe a good option for trading but I think it is too early for holding.

It is a good idea to buy BCH now, take a look at the charts, really impressive how the price is increasing. But no one can guarantee if BCH will keep this price for long time or it will drop down again, so it will be wise to buy and sell as fast as you can. Maybe someone can explain what is going on with BCH and BTC prices.

Literally was about to push the button and exchange all my BTC for BCH but pulled out.

Just going to leave it for now, and see what happens over the next few weeks.

I'm sure BTC will rise back up again before year end.
I don't think its a good idea to join the bandwagon at this moment just because other investors are flocking towards BCH at the moment. Bitcoin Cash is not going to stop Bitcoin not now or ever and when the price slumps again, they are going to come back to Bitcoin again.

I don't know if it's too late to get into BCH now. But right now BCH is at its all time high, so it would have been profitable to buy earlier. I also think it's not the case to worry about BTC dump because it is a normal correction and it's nothing new in Bitcoinhistory since it has always been very volatile.

Well i wouldn't give an advice to go all in but we all in this to make profit.
We lose some then we gain some.
But at the end it all boils down to if your mind actually bear the loss if it can then you are good to go.
But if it can't just go in for a small amount then a make either a little loss or a little profit.
But BCH is on a rise right now so am guessing it would the latter 😊

I agree, just because bitcoin had a slight bump it does not mean that you should immedialtly switch to btch cash, this increase in its price is only due the fact that devs have encouregded miners to mine btc cash in order to secure its network and this rise probably won't last that long, and soon after it the bitcoin will come back, so exchanging bitcoin to btc cash is unwise, poeple need to keep in mind that btc cash is just another cryptocurrency and nothing more, and btc will always stay the king of them all no matter what happens.

those few whales in charge of BTC will implement somehow hard fork in the next few months and then we will witness opposite price movement.... BTC will skyrocket while BCH will go down.

If you just want to make some money, you can try it, but it's maybe a bit late now ..
But I don't like to support Bitcoin Cash, it's not as decentralized . Big corporation like Bitmain are behind this.

Trading btc for bch seems good few days back. Now the price has grown reaching a value around $1000. We don't have the assurance that bitcoin cash will continue to stay high or proceed to increase. With bitcoin the growth is promising, so it's good to keep bitcoin as it is or it's good to wait for a little

I'd hold BTC and buy some more at dips.
For now I've sold all my alts that I aren't confident enough with and turned them into BCH. We'll see what's gonna happen in the upcoming days.

BTC is losing alot just in the past 48-96 hours.
Almost all of last month's profit since September has been wiped out in just 3 days.

It is a disaster for those who hold more than 10 btc or plus right now.
