I've been happy with my orders from Agora with regards to packing.  All the seams are taped and things are well protected internally.

We have taken recommendations from our customers as far as making shipping more secure. It is a constantly evolving process. We have never had an issue like the one you found but if you think we can do better please let us know and we will adjust.

Yes, we will match BTC prices though generally vendors charge more for BTC transactions.
