I believe there are some important things one must look out for before choosing to join an ICO. Amongst them are good whitepaper and a clear roadmap. Correct marketing strategies and the team behind the project should be adequately considered.
in fact it is very difficult to study the information and make sure that it is true, therefore the importance of choosing ico companies is a top priority in investments or even participation in the generosity of the program. First of all, I draw attention to the country in which the project was born and to the main developers of the project.
Developers can still understand, but how does the country of the project affect its success?

It is not possible to determine a good company or not. It is necessary to analyze and study the project a lot.

Crypto market is emerging and by making the right choice, we can make real good $$$'s. What are the key for a ICO to be successful?

Add additional options if I miss in the voting options

Nobody knows for sure which ico will be successful. They are just doing research and predict it. Maybe success maybe not.
But, it is better we do research rather than just blind prediction.
One thing normally i know very important, that is if the project has real working product or not. If they have mostly ( not always ) they be successful.
If you do try to see on how many ICO now do have a working product I would say its only on small numbers because most of them are just projected still which I didn't even know on success rate or the possibility that they would able to follow on what they do propose because I have experienced and seen in the past that most of them do vanish or didn't make any updates once their coins being listed on exchanges this is why always been suggested to look on the team behind it.

At the end of the day is a personal decision. Some people may chose high risk or "under the radar" projects that have potential and some others go for strong projects, safer but with less potential.

In my own opinion team information is the most important thing because if the team have a really good experience in the market industry the project that they are aiming will be a success

The fact is that almost half of all these projects are created only in order to raise money from investors and earn real money. And everything else does not interest them, so you do not cost me anything, and the project is simply lost to the bottom.

Sometimes I do not really want to join on some of the campaigns for i on my own, experienced to be scammed. Not once, not twice but many times.Even if somehow i tried to be more careful in choosing but then its not working. So now i just read on their Ann thread try to look for their roadmap and look also for the managers.

This is quite a hard poll to be honest because in my knowledge everyone in the choices are important and makes up a good ICO but the best one for me is the whitepaper and its roadmap, even though the team is composed of professional, genius, talented people if they can't establish the real objective and mission of the company it is still lacks the direction were they are going which is for me very important.

I would say, every business' motivation is to earn money at the end. Every ICO comes in here, has the same vibration. The thing is, each one broadcast themselves in different manner to conquer the market. Nothing wrong in it. It depends on the services they offer and the amount of spirit they put together to bring themselves up amongst their competitors. Its the responsibility of the each investors to look at the ICO strength (team members profiles, roadmaps, projects, amount spend for marketing and the products they serve) before investing in them.

With good research and with good support. Or you may try your luck and maybe you will pick the right one with minimum investment and risk. This is rarelly happening but if you have so much luck this could be perfect opportunity for big income.

I agree research for ICO's should starts with team first followed by whitepaper.

I voted for the whitepaper. As for me, I wanted to understand the concept of the project. Is it really a great project by reading whitepaper. Then second is the team as we need the group of people that will deliver what they promise.

For me you just have to look for the overview of the ICO project you want to join and you have to know atleast some information about the ICO so you can understand what to do and what to put on the ICO project, you also have to check if their ICO project is still updating, their spreedsheet is still updating so you know that you will earn with their ICO project. For me before I join the ICO I usally checked the following: their Ann thread/Bounty Thread, Spreadsheet and the type of Project you will join like the Facebook/Twitter if they are updating and when the ICO start and when will it ends.

You need to be early. Ideally in you can buy min. 40K Tokens (if you can afford) Most important are DEVs. If Team is good, cooperative, keep dates and working hard you have more than half success already, another half is Token details like Total amount, price per Token etc and how will utilize Blockchain. Most promising ICO's are multi Blockchain projects and most risky and difficult too. A great example is Tezos - 200mil collected and nothing happen for 6 months.  Upcoming multi blockchain project: Bluzelle.

You need a lot of research (roadmap, whitepaper, DEV team). Best way to learn is to participate in one or two with small money first and see how it goes.
