You can not understand white paper and miss the chance to invest in a good project, but do not forget about the risks. Because there is always a possibility of project failure.

Do your own research and look at everything from the team, developers, site, on paper and ask yourself if this coin really serves a purpose.

Try to grasp the project well. Learn well their road map and white paper. Follow the developers on social networks. But this does not give a full guarantee that the project will not prove fraudulent

I always look if the project has a working business, see the history of his team, look for more information about the upcoming project.

Study the White Paper project. The white paper should reveal the whole essence of the project, from a general idea to technical details. It should accurately and clearly set out the goals, the business plan, the main markets for which the product is aimed, as well as the stages of financing. The objectives of the project should be logical and achievable.

It is critical to know the nature of the company and the teams behind ICOs. Most of the companies are newly incorporated, but many founders have been around in their respective industries. It is possible to review profiles and search for news and mentions in their prior projects and efforts.

1st is the product because it decides everything, next comes team and marketing.

I usually analyze the team, the market that this one wants, the team's formation, the general idea, and if the project is not a fantasy.

Very good explanation to choose the right ICO, we always should consider them to find thr best ICO. Of course, there are many fake ICO's circulating with no development and activities. Raising money and not communicating with the people.

Of course, the set of all parameters is important. But personally for me the main criterion is the team. I rely on this indicator always and for me a strong team with expertise in the ICO subject area and, preferably, a success story (commercial or scientific) prior to the ICO era is important.

Participatinng in ICO, one needs to join a right and efficient one with potentials of good position when it hits the market. ANd also because mostly, it involves parting with money, you dont want to fall into a scam. For me, I look out for status, how well their hype or promotion is, road map is as important to know their plans Pre-ICO and Post-ICO. I alway prefer to participate in ICOs that are based on the AI or exchange platforms.

You can only hope and be optimistic that they come out successful and not be a scam.

Well the best way to choose thw right ICO is to consider all the choices because we're talking about money here and the money you invest is the fruit of your hard work so if you want to make the right choice do some research. I would suggest your to do some research on Ambit Mining https://ambitmining.io/ and you will understand what the right ICO is!

Choosing the right ICO goes to your preference but most of us here are looking first with it's road map but that's not a good basis now. I'm looking for the team of developers for that ICO because everyone can make a perfect roadmap but not following it afterwards.

According to my point of view I choose ico which has a good  team ,Road map and Marketing or token sale.  It was getting hard to chose which ICO was legitimate so just decided not to go with it lately. However it seems Airdrop is all the rage nowadays

First, you should know what the project is, view their whitepaper for details to see if it is a potential one. Second, check the project's social media to see if it has a strong community. Last but not least, view the team profiles. I think these three points always work.

With so many icos, it's hard to choose right.  i will be using tokenway service soon.  they will buy packs fo the best icos and deliver them to your wallet every month.
At first i was sketchy but they closed the registration at 100 clients.  i think they dont look greedy at all.
