According to the road map, in the first quarter of 2018 there will be a release of a wallet for Windows and a decentralized P2P exchange. I am particularly interested in the implementation of the exchange of tangible assets. I want to see how they implement this concept with big interest .

Exchange physical goods for cryptocurrency without the need to trust your assets to a third party.   Projects like this involve all the small tools available, thereby increasing the demand among investors/users.

Difficult question. In different countries, different legislation and even a list of prohibited things / services is different. It's probably the user's responsibility in using the service with illegal purposes.
