Both of these coins are good choices I think with them been on coinbase will fuel their increase in growth as bitcoin grows in value and new people are starting out in crypto they will try to buy a cheaper coin and this will help them increase in their price.

For me ETH because with their ERC-20 is empowering developers.

Doubtless this particular token empowers developers of all types to accurately predict how new tokens will function within the larger Ethereum system.

The impact that ERC-20 therefore has on developers is massive, as projects do not need to be redone each time a new token is released. Rather, they are designed to be compatible with new tokens, provided those tokens adhere to the rules. Developers of new tokens have by-and-large observed the ERC-20 rules, meaning that most of the tokens released through Ethereum initial coin offerings ICO are ERC-20 compliant.

Some examples of ICOs that are following this technology

In the past, I didn't care much about the LTC  but I was wrong. LTC's one of my portfolio holdings right now. Ethereum project  is an ongoing  to improving and I think it will be worth between  1,000 - 2,000$ next year.

Both longterm. Ethereum is up and down lately. But once it hits $1000 it will be the best feel for long term investors.

I think the both long term. Well of course Etherum is a must for everyone to keep in their wallet. I didn't think that LTC'd be like this but it also seems like it's gonna be more valuable in the next year. So i'd give LTC a chance too.

for the long term, ETH is a very good choice compared to LTC, why is that? because I think ETH has a better volume of transactions and many are predicting to be close to $ 1,000 by 2018

I wouldn't hold any of them for long term, I would rather choose them for trading, buying on dips and selling for bitcoins and all profit would hold in bitcoins. But if you want opinion for long term i would chose ETH, somehow I think it has brighter future because of all smart contracts which are running on eth network.

for the long term I prefer ethereum, because ethereum has shown a very good price and also profitable for me. I will use LTC for sale not to hold long term because LTC position is still below ethereum.

Long term, I guess it doesn't matter. Both are good investment. However if you are thinking in a mid-term coin, I'd suggest LTC for sure. ETH is popular cause almost every ICO is based on it, but the future can be different, with Waves and OTN having plans to "create" tokens/smart contract in a easier way, I'd stay tuned on them as well.

I prefer eth than ltc. Because seen from now eth has a high popularity and also has good potential. I am very confident with eth for long term. I also hold some eth and I will keep it for a long time.

most trusted than in LTC so for me i may say that  if you wanted to be sure then you are new in crypto you may choose ETH than LTC  but they are both prefered the case here is the assurance and you really wanted to be sure for what you are wanted to be for.

Both of them are a good cryptocurrency. As ICOs using Ethereum blockchain technology, it has got an clear edge over Litecoin.

I second that. The success of ERC20 is undeniable. Hundreds of ERC20 token have been created and some of them already have a higher value than lots of other cryptocurrencies. Add to that the fact that most Altcoin exchanges trade some ERC20 token and that they are supported by pretty much all Ethereum Wallets. I think we have a winner here.

Investing in ETH is like investing in Windows at the start of the tech boom. Everything else depends on it, so there is no way it is going down.

Investing in LTC is like investing in a credit card company or internet banking system when everyone else is still using cash. Bitcoin's transactions are currently too slow. BTC Cash is a good contender, though.

So I'll recommend going 50-50. Split your risk, and be confident that both your investments will grow.

Litecoin is basically like Bitcoin which makes it no match for ETH. Aside being a Decentralized network, Ethereum allows developers to build Dapps on its network. This is something you won't see in Litecoin.

Both coins are good for investment. ETH is the queen of cryptocurrency. Litecoin price is also increasing nowdays. But it can't compete the ETH price. Buy litecoin now and hold it once its price pumps you gain profit.

I think both are good for investment but I would bet a little more for ETH due to the uses it has.
LTC has also raised its price decently. I would invest 60-40 leading ETH
