ETH or LTC long term?

I believe that both these coins have already given their main growth.  And they will not give the big% of profit in the future.  But personally, I'm holding ETH in my portfolio, since I've been buying it for a long time.  But I use LTC only for exchange or transfer between exchanges.

Ethereum and Litecoin I think both are good coints, but I personally prefer to ethereum because it has a higher selling value than litecoint, I hope for the future both coints are good for investment

Most of the ICO is conducted on the basis of the Etherium. Consequently, investors are increasingly buying ETH. These actions contribute to the volume of trading on exchanges and the growth of the rate of the Etherium. But I did not notice the same Lightcoin that I would participate in ICO.

eth and ltc is the better-balanced investment in 50% ltc 50% eth since eth and ltc are both good and long-term coin the long term in the future must experience a high enough increase should hold hold until corresponding profit gets.

Brand new to the cryptocurrency market.  Currently I hold a decent amount of LTC.  It's value has gone up nicely since I purchased it.  I've read all the predictions for LTC in 2018 and 2019.  It sounds promising as a long term hold...which is what I'm more comfortable doing...to reach $200 -$300 a coin.   I like the fact that there is a team in place trying hard to ensure it's future.  Charlie Lee may not be the most charismatic spokesman publicly but he's out there doing it which gives me confidence in his product.  Now, it's obvious that ETH is not going anywhere.  My question for the board is which outperforms the other in the next 5 years?  I tend to invest heavily in the direction that has the bigger upside.  Perhaps I should split my investing 50/50 regarding ETH and LTC?  What say the more experienced cryptocurrency gurus? 

I have nothing against BTC.  I don't see it going anywhere.  It is the giant.  However, I feel the current price point is too high for my liking.

Well, almost ETH is one of the most potent coins and they will create value for us in the future if we hold them right now, this is the best time to buy ETH, so If you miss this opportunity you will regret it later. In my opinion you should choose ETH investment as the best.

I think that 2 coins is a very good coin in the market especially you want to hold it for a long term investment. If i may give tips to you, better you split it 50:50 for your investment. Both coin have a good track record until now and it might grow up more in the end of 2018. And this is the best time to buy more because ethereum price is decreased.

Yes, man, both are good, and both can be held for a long time. However, if I have to pick only one altcoin, I'd prefer to deal with Ethereum. It is the project and the platform that is always developing.

I prefer to chooae ethereum for long term investment in the future, not LTC which is not good for future investment. Ethereum is going strong ang becoming a good coin in these days. You should prioritize ethereum compared to other altcoins in this cryptocurrency market. Ethereum has a strong community that is supported. It is a good coin to start with. I think ethereum has the potential to be as good as Bitcoin in the mere future. So try ethereum instead of LTC.

I always believe and choose ETH and BTC in my long-term investment strategy. Here hold ETH and LTC then my option is ETH. Together with BTC, ETH will increase value over time.

this is a very difficult choice if told to choose which one is best for long-term ETH or LTC investment because both are very successful altcoins and always have the goal to compete with bitcoin, but I think ETH would be better for long-term investment because just look at new token tokens appear from ETH
