I personally prefer Ethereum Coins as long-term savings, because having Ethereum will be more useful, For example can be used as a transaction tool if you want to follow ICO.
I am sure that the best coin for long term is ethereum because a lot of of invesor is trusting eth very well  so it has a big chance that in the future the price of ethereum can be very high so i am advicing a lot of holders to hold there ethereum to became profitable here in cryptoworld.

Brand new to the cryptocurrency market.  Currently I hold a decent amount of LTC.  It's value has gone up nicely since I purchased it.  I've read all the predictions for LTC in 2018 and 2019.  It sounds promising as a long term hold...which is what I'm more comfortable doing...to reach $200 -$300 a coin.   I like the fact that there is a team in place trying hard to ensure it's future.  Charlie Lee may not be the most charismatic spokesman publicly but he's out there doing it which gives me confidence in his product.  Now, it's obvious that ETH is not going anywhere.  My question for the board is which outperforms the other in the next 5 years?  I tend to invest heavily in the direction that has the bigger upside.  Perhaps I should split my investing 50/50 regarding ETH and LTC?  What say the more experienced cryptocurrency gurus?

I have nothing against BTC.  I don't see it going anywhere.  It is the giant.  However, I feel the current price point is too high for my liking.

Thanks
You better diversify you investments for don't lose in both positions at the same time, part if like you think it's more promising - the better project - the more percent of your investment hold in it

Ethereum without any doubt because of high potential, LTC is a good currency but for long term i suggest ETH. ETH is the best and popular currency after bitcoin....
True what you say if we talk about long-term investment is ethereum is very good for it,
most importantly we do not need to doubt ethereum because I believe ethereum has a future that

Both of those coins are good for a long term investment.
ETH is very popular and lot's of people use it every day for the transictions. I would prefer to go with ETH 'cause of the fast development and expand. LTC is more stable coin.
Investing into those coins would be profitable for you, but I believe with ETH this profit will be much bigger.

In the long term I believe in ETH, this is a very potent and potentially high coin in the future, maybe this coin will be one of the coin most suitable for us to hold. long-term

These two crypt coins are very interesting! I noticed that latkoin is growing when bitcoin falls, and in prinitsa in relation to bitcoin it is always in the black! aether has a very great future, a lot of companies appear on their platform! this is both a plus and a mousus. very much rerouting the ether network when there are big sales of new crypto coins!

I personally prefer ETH over LTC, maybe LTC in the next few years will reach $ 200- $ 300. What about ETH? Certainly in the next few years ETH will increase many times at current prices. The reason I like ETH is because of its widespread use.

indeed both are very good but ethereum is the most favorite of litecoin. ethereum is superior in terms of technology and even ethhereum may rival bitcoin.

To be clear, I keep all my money as Ethereum. I have friends who invested in Litecoin. They see Litecoin brilliant. News in the newspapers reinforce their thoughts in this way.

ETH is still the top choice for the next five years. The technology, speed and good fees make ETH very competitive

I will say both altcoin are very good for long term hold. These two coin are very different in scope and on their objectives. Ethereum is smart contract platform while litecoin is a payment cryptocurrency.

I prefer ETH for long-term investment, because I believe the ETH price will reach $ 1000 at the end of December.

It seems to me that ETH has more prospects for development and growth than LTC.
A lot of good and promising projects have already been launched on the ethereum platform. The network is convenient, fast and cheap transactions.

Agreed. Ethereum is the best among all other altcoins. It is a head higher litecoin, so they should not even compare, the advantage is too obvious.

I would personally go with Ethereum. The current price is a good entry point and I think investing in Ethereum can multiply your money by the end of the year.

From this two for me it is very easy , Ethereum is much better and safer to invest. There are a lot of ICO running on ETH network , that means they will not let ETH price dump hard!

In addition I feel for ethereum is the second most popular cryptocurrency after bitcoin and I think it has great potential to grow and bring serious benefits, but we must be patient to wait until the price rises up and stable.
