Both bitcoin and ethereum are profitable and have all the ability to reach many all-time highs like what the two coins shown in their past growth performance. The only difference is their price, bitcoin is much higher than the ethereum and is more profitable if you put it in long term hold. Ethereum price, on other hand, is much cheaper and affordable to buy. I'm holding both bitcoin and ethereum because I believe that this two cryptocurrencies are still the most profitable to hold in the years to come.
Bitcoin is bitcoin and the brain of all alt, ethereum is one of the alt that bitcoin has. But yes both of the two will be good so far the feedback of this two will sounds good. Maybe bitcoin has a ahigher value than ethereum bt to think time will come that value will be more valuable as we predict for the future for all alt and bitcoins.

I'd hold both.

Sure eth is much slower to rise (and go down) atm.

But i still believe it is a tremendous coin, with huge potential.

As far as Bitcoin goes, well we all seen in 2017 what it did and still can accomplish !

I think at the moment it is more reasonable to keep your investments exactly in bitcoin, since it is he who will quickly return to his previous levels, and then invest some of the funds in other altcoyins.

It seems to us that bitcoin is now at the bottom, because we saw the price of 20000 dollars. For this reason, people are now buy more BTC than ETH. But I'm sure that ETH is also an excellent coin for investing. Now I'm investing in both coins 50/50 because they have almost the same potential.

Bitcoin and Ethereum both are very good to hold as a long-term investment. Of course Bitcoin is historically the first and the best crypto currency, but Ethereum has a great future as well. The Ethereum is the second after Bitcoin in the world of crypto currencies.

For long term investment i hold both but by different porfolio, 70% ETH and 30% BTC because i look ETH can be bigger than BTC in the long term. ETH has chance to be number 1 crypto in the future because their technology given many benefits to the all cryptocurrency community.

It depends on how long will you hold it. It'll take few more years for ethereum to overtake bitcoin. So if I'm going to hold one for the next five years, I would pick ethereum.

The higher price of Bitcoin is not a problem to invest in Bitcoin. You will buy a portion of it anyway. I am holding both Bitcoin and Ethereum and I will recommend that everybody does the same.

Since the price of bitcoin is having such large fluctuations, it can be smart enough to invest in it if you are lucky enough to buy it on its low prices then sell it within its high price. If you are looking for a long term investment then both of them should be fine, you can prioritize either of them depending on your budget.

It has been seen in the past that holding ethereum rather than bitcoin gave in better results. What was even better was how alts performed during the last bull run. Hence I am all in alts right now instead of holding any btc or eth.

They are both on top and they have different platform and have different purpose. So for me they are both good to hold and hoard more. I do not want to choose because either of the two, it both have a purpose that I believe will contribute to solve our economical problems.

Well I prefer to use and hold bitcoin rather than ethereum. Even if the price it was so volatile its still the most highest coin in the market. Aside from that bitcoin can still be consider as the main currency in cryptocurrency that why a lot investors are keep on investing in this coin. Because they believe that in the near future bitcoin will be their great asset.

If we are to talk profits, it is better to hold ethereum rather than bitcoin. Because at the first place, price of ethereum is yet 1/4 or lower than the price of bitcoin that somehow, we can afford on to buy. Small capital but high profits. Also when in terms of bitcoin in hodling, you need a lot of capital. You can buy one (1) bitcoin or ten (10) ethereum. Which if we are to be computed, increase in ethereum is 10 times higher than bitcoin profit.
