I don't suggest you invest on ICO because there no guarantee your money will be back and most of ICOs are scam. I think to that amount of money you can buy a small amount too of altcoin I suggest to find a good coin that you can earn a profit to that kind of amount. Because you can charged a fee when you trade so the amount of your money will be less. Trading is needed of capital if your money is less I think you can't earn passive income.
