Which miner should I use,

I am currently using Alexis CCMiner  or CCminer Suprminer OCminer 1.6, hashing at 145mh/s with two GTX 1080ti but on SuprNova pool, It it always showing 100mh/s.

Do you guys know why my reported hash rate is much lower than what the program is showing?
