in my opinion it is also yes, people do everything to achieve their own happiness. Though, of course, happiness can be different for each person - someone finds it in money, someone in family, someone in religion, someone in conflicts, work, art, etc. But of course everyone achieves his own happiness. Humans are not wired only for happiness. We are wired to experience a full range of emotion and to strive to be happy all the time is an impossible feat. See if you can allow yourself to experience that full range of human emotion and ask yourself what brings meaning to my life? Can I move towards that however difficult that may be. Yes the main goal of humans is happiness its because you will do such things even if you sacrifice others feelings as long as you want to be happy not only for them, but the reason is if you really want to then make it on yourself.
