that was anti-fraud system that was supposed to limit manual cashouts to one per hour. it was affecting the auto-payouts as well, fixed now

Get on the high block rewards while they are available. At this rate it wont be around for long, 3000+ blocks in 2 days!!! ~2500 blocks left until we drop to a still not to shabby 400 block rewards for 10k blocks.
