The focus of my crypto strategy was setting up Masternodes. ROI numbers looked amazing but now all my MN coins are completely bleeding and almost worthless. I think the problem is that too many coins are generated for miners and masternode owners, so that the oversupply of coins will be slowly killing the price. I am already expecting Gobyte to be a below 1$ coin. Nobody knows though and I hope my thinking is wrong. The team seems to be active and doing a solid job. Nevertheless what I can now say is that I will change the focus of my strategy as MN coins dont really seem to work.
I have followed GBX from the beginning and the developers are working every day. They are developing new services, white paper, Gopay, ... I could see other coins that devs left the project but the GBX case is not the same, the devs are involved in the project and working on it.

I agree to your point, but you cannot neglect the fact of oversupply. Imagine the people that own e.g. 5 Masternodes. They receive 37,5 GBX coins a day. A lot of MN owners just immediately sell their genereated coins which will create a permanent bear market. MN Coin ROIs are just too high to maintain a healthy market.

There is a new emission plan under development. More will be available on the Whitepaper with tables and graphs.

The MN rewards also is decreased 8% by year and it depends on PoW of miners and blocks generated. And the new emssion plan and much new things when the white paper will show to the world. The coin is so young but it has good future. it is my point of view.

I dumped my GoByte, congrats on whoever got my coins for $9.8. I mined them anyway I feel sorry for those who invested their money at $80/GoByte. Just like Innova and Vivo, GoByte is made to make money, nothing else. Now it's slowly going to die along with Innova and Vivo since they are not making as much money. Sigh... Not everyone is in this just for the money dude...behind every coin there are people with visions and real interest in blockchain tech. I've been in this game for 4+ years and I can't tell you how many times I have seen post like yours saying "oh this coin is dead"...only to come back months later and the coin is still doing fine. Do you think that the core team is just going to be like "oh ok we give up the price went down"...? blockchains dont just stop because the price of the coin went down...theres a huge reason why bitcoin has the name the honey badger of money. the same name can be applied to any coin as long as it has support

Now it is a cash cow in everyone's eyes. Blockchain technology is secondary. Easy, quick money. It will take a year or two to calm down. Everyone hoping for another bull run in early 2018 just like 2017. It ain't gonna happen. Those who were in the game and hoarded coins in 2016 and early 2017 won, everyone else lost.

My point was that the developers are in it to develop and experiment with blockchain hints as to why gobyte will live on and be fine. A cash cow is a marketing/business term used to define a product that has zero competition and will yield revenue for years....i don't think that is a good analogy for crypto-currency investing Also how can you be so sure that there will not be another bull run this year? How can you compare the market in 2016 to the market now? They are completely different...

I don't think the name "YIIMP" is supposed to be all over your site, is it? In the front page you write "YiiMP is a pool management solution based on the Yii Framework."

VIVO has no active team anymore and Qbic (another coin with the same algo) was a scam made from Russian kids from the start. I can't speak about Innova, never followed it. GBX's team is at least active in the forums, but if we don't get a real update in March I guess I'll just sell as well. And I mean a real software update, not updated promises. I believe they'll deliver, let's see. QBIC is the worst project I have ever seen since the day I joined crypto-ecosystem.
