Hi everyone. I've tried participating in a couple of airdrops but haven't gotten any coins yet. For those of you who have, how do you go about making anything out of airdrops? Is it worthwhile or just the usual pump and dump?
Not all airdrop are profitable specially nowadays days. They just create an airdrop and do the pump and dump and then they will abandon it. They will  left you a bunch of trash in your wallet.

It's better to participate in a bounty than in airdrops I suppose.

Airdrops are not profitable nowadays because they give you worthless coins. Some are cheats and bogus.

I know some guys that used multiaccs. And get to $2700 from airdrops only from one coin. Imho multi is evil and such behavior leads to another goals than planned coin developers (if they not scammers  Wink )

Bounties are good at first launch of any new coin, but i see some of them then abandon the value of progress of the coin and still without no value to invest in the future,

This is certainly a freebie! but most of the coins are slag, I keep them in my wallet and participate in airdrops, because I do not know what I can shoot, but I do not want to miss it until two well-shot, sugar and turn-leger.

Yes AIRDROPS are profitable. Its is the increasing amount of frauds and scam airdrops that tends to discourage people. But if you pick the right one especially one with good potential, you'll definitely reap the benefits in the nearest future.

Try to learn more about project before participation in bounty campaign  Wink Some projects from beginning looks scam. Or impossible for realization now and in future.

No... they are only waste of time. 99% of them will give you nothing or just a few crap tokens. There are better ways to make profit with the time you spent in airdrops

tokenies usually arrive 7-8 days after applying. but this does not come for the moment due to the slowing of the ethereum. they do not want to pay a high transfer fee

airdrops is profitable, you just need to take time for forms and of 10 coin, there will be 1 that will be worth something.

For now, due on high fee each transaction on ethereum blockchain, airdrop eth token is mostly worth nothing and many of them require small amount of eth for handle transaction fee. Airdrop eth token not profitable anymore,

Altcoin obtained from airdrop will not be guaranteed for the future, just as we follow the lottery, when we get a coin from airdrop and the price is pretty good I think we are lucky. but many coins from airdrop are not sold and even abandoned by the developer. because to enter into an exchange they also require a fee. Airdrop coin delivery also requires a fee which if present is high enough if the coin is ethereum based. see ICO also many that fail, especially if it happens in airdrop coin. only a small portion of airdrop coins that can survive and have a good price...

Yes it is, i always joined in airdrops. Some have no value and many of it have a lower price in exchanges you can't sell it because the gas price is so high, But many of my coins coming from airdrop have a huge price then that the time i will sell. Every week i have a withdrawal because of the airdrop and it help me a lot in financial aspect unlike bounties you have to work for 2-3 months.

I have to admit that I have also profited from airdrops although a lot of them have so small value, sometime you can also get a good amount of btc for free. But lately, a lot of airdrops needs donations and surely you cannot receive without donation. I still join airdrop, but I stayed away from those who asked for donations.
