Do we Need Altcoin?

There are Bitcoin, and also there are Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold and B2X that we use it as an altcoin, but do we still need other altcoins? as i knew in the forum on the altcoin section there are much announcement about new altcoins almost everyday. do we still need that altcoins?

I would ask a different question: Do we need all these Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, Bitcoin Diamond, Bitcoin Pizza and many other  hardforks ?? By the way, many of bitcoin hard forks were made with only one purpose - to steal your real BTC.

Yes because altcoin can do better than bitcoin. It possess some features that bitcoin doesn't have. Some altcoins focus on privacy and security so much that can satisfy users.

There are some interesting altcoins that should have chance to survive after the greatest cleansing but the majority of altcoins are trash that pollutes the whole market and frighten new investors and other interested people off

We definitely don't need that many altcoins! But we need other altcoins. For example, you can choose Ethereum. How do we participate in ICO and bounty without it? Not without him, not now... Even if Ethereum is about to be replaced, we need an analogue.
You can also give an example of RIPPLE. This coin is also actively used in some areas.

Yes we need altcoins because as it is a slow hike currency and the growth of this currency is permanent. So anyone can buy it easily and investment in this type of currency needs time. So be patient while investing in this currency.

yes we need altcoin, so cryptocurrency becomes crowded with the number of coins. the more coins will make the investors easier to invest, because it can be tailored to the budget they have.

yes we still need altcoins. Altcoins are created with different on usage. Crypto for healthcare, anonymity, banking etc. But theres too many shitcoins are being created without any purpose at all

You are lucky if you only earn on altcoins, and do not lose money because of scammers. Many investors stop trust alcoins because they lose their money. I hope it will end very soon and Menlo.one creators help to do it asap.

There won't be competition in crypto trading without those altcoins. If there's no competition, a market literally dies. The altcoins keeps the investors and traders in business.
