Do we Need Altcoin?

For me yes, i need altcoin. Without them i can't earn huge income by participating any bounty projects and airdrop. Altcoins help me a lot of things to maintain my daily needs in my life.

You are lucky if you only earn on altcoins, and do not lose money because of scammers. Many investors stop trust alcoins because they lose their money. I hope it will end very soon and Menlo.one creators help to do it asap.

There's been a lot of talk about their decentralized ICO platform but when I checked their site, looks like they have moved their token sale date? Can anyone confirm this?

Of course, not all altcoins bring real benefits to society, but there are also many interesting projects that can eventually work for the benefit of people.

1) creates healthy competition, gives impetus to development.
2) Altcoins really help us to earn, because they have more risks, but also profit more.

Yes we really need altcoins and they are very important to us because they serve as an alternative to bitcoin though bitcoin is the king of all coins yet we still a cheaper and affordable coins because some people are unable to afford bitcoin because it is expensive, so those that are unable to afford it can afford altcoins.
Moreover it creates competition among crypto currency.

In my opinion, most of altcoins are rubbish. Just look at CMC. Altcoins that are not in top-100 have very low day trading volume. So i think in 2019 a lot of Altcoins will die.
Only strong projects with fast and clearly development will remain in market. So in general, crypto market needs only hight quality altcoins. But now i can not advice you to invest in altcoins at all, this is very risky.

Interesting discussion. When people will understand. that the market is oversaturated with useless coins and stop buying them? Because of this, bitcoin is worth less than it could cost. Because of this, people are disappointed in trading cryptocurrencies and leave the market. This also has a negative impact on capitalization.

Each altcoin is served for specific demand, it's not like fiat, you just use it to pay for payment. In the far future, i think it more like the combination with fiat and stock which you can use this token to pay for services.
