Do we Need Altcoin?

The more variety of coins and tokens, the more our chances to earn well. This is my opinion, I have a lot of coins in my portfolio and I hope for a good profit.

Of course we need altcoins, monopoly is never beneficial for end users and market as such. However, I am not convinced that we need so many bitcoin clones and I am even less convinced that we need thousands of altcoins. There is not enough use case for them. In my opinion, only quality and unique coins should survive.

Although I prefer bitcoin over any other altcoin out there, I will still advice to diversify your portfolio in order to reduce risks, plus, being part of projects that are promising and reliable is a wonderful thing and people should give that a little more importance rather than just meaningless trading.

We need faster and more secure coins than bitcoin. Without competition there wouldnt be made new imrovements and Advancements in Technology.

i see your point, you hint it's kind of too much what we have now. but it's kind of survival of the fittest, don't you think so?

If any alt was made to make money then nope we needt but we need ETH for example as its new type of coin which brings tokens ,others privacy and etc so alts are artelnative its good.

I'm sure if bitcoin stands alone it certainly won't be popular and lasts until now, it must be admitted that the factor that makes bitcoin expensive is altcoins because when ICO or trading, of course users will buy bitcoin.

Yes we need Altcoins every type of altcoin has there own value every value is important that why we need altcoins. In terms of investment altcoins is the best type of a  digital currency which is now popular in many people that want to invest and gain profit for there future. Planning in our future is important so our stepping stone to meet the brighter future is by the help of altcoins so don't under estimate every kind of altcoins.
