Based on the understanding and knowledge of following up with the cryptocurrency for the past 6 month, my inference is that the cryptocurrency is highlt volatile.

Is it a good approach to stay invested for long term in the altcoin space?
I think yes now that the price of altcoin has decreased but will soon be back and so I am sure all will get back well and invest in altcoin with long term is also a good way to avoid the loss when the altcoin price decreases

Investing in Altcoin is a regular job for me. This gave me good profit. But to be able to decide on a long-term investment in an Altcoin is a good idea, it depends on the Altcoin that the investor chooses. Having Altcoin suitable for short term investment, there is Altcoin suitable for long term investment ... In my opinion to invest long term for an Altcoin I would choose investment for ETH.

Not really, only investing on bitcoin long term makes sense. There is not a single good altcoin out there in terms of long term holding. Im sure some people will get rich holding some altcoin, but what one? it's a lottery.

I guess Monero, Litecoin and Ethereum based on hype, could deliver good gains, but I wouldn't count on it at all.
investments are indeed able to assist the development of existing coins. with the development of Altcoin that continues to increase will be greatly helped by the presence of investment. I am looking forward to investing in Altcoijn especially in a much more profitable long-term investment.

I believe that it can be a good idea in investing in altcoins for the long term but in the end it all boils down to the altcoin which you are planning on investing in. There are some altcoins which you should only use for day trading and never invest in for the long term while there are coins like ethereum and monero which is always a good idea to invest into for the long term.

Only invest what you are willing to lose. Dont put your money all in one basket. Proper financial planning is important in every investment we make. Try looking in in SafeCrypt.io. A high security exchange that has high standards of quality and every piece of software is being tested multiple times before they make it publicly available.
I spent some time to study SafeCrypt ICO. I think this ICO could become one of the best this spring, because of several reason:
 1. This is cryptoexchange. And this cryproexchange has some advantages compare to existing ones: instant transactions, lowest fees, absolute anonimity, large select of crypto assts and others.
 2. They lead very good ICO policy.
 3. THey have Adequate and reasnable bonus rates.

A coin without an utility has a time period of less than a year.

So, it will depend upon your choice of altcoin whether long term investment is a good idea or not.

If you have limited knowledge of trades and analysis, long term hold is best way to earn decent ROI off this crypto market. But a choice of altcoin will decide everything. Don't take risk with low cap coins when it comes to long term investment. It's safest to stay in top 5 for long term goal. You can also take a chance with next 5 coins as well. But don't go below that in greed of more profits and diversification. If you are here for long term, please play safe and don't get rekt.

Better believe it, I will likewise prescribe all of you to contribute your cash for long haul speculation as opposed to here and now interest in ALTCOINS in light of the fact that contributing for long haul venture is extremely a smart thought, which can give you great benefit however will take some time. These days altcoin like ETHEREUM, MONERO, LITECOIN are pulling in the financial specialists because of its high market potential. So don't simply offer your coin, hold up a win more.

I think investing long-term on altcoins is a good thing if you choose potentially altcoins. You can see the 10th ranked altcoins in coinmarketcap I think. Because of the altcoins I think it is potentially and has a huge amount of popularity. And also the transaction is also great. Investing on altcoins like ethereum and ripple I think is a good investment and will work. Because I believe in the potential of ethereum and ripple for the long term.

Investing in long-term altcoins is a silly decision because altcoins are short-term investments. IMO, if the investment is long term, the choice is only BTC and ETH, but if you want to invest in altcoins such as EOS, ADA, XRP, LTC, just short-term investment within 3 months to earn a profit.

Yes, it is a good idea if that altcoin has good potential. For a long-term hold, you must choose a very good altcoin. Like Centra was a very good altcoin but they scammed within a year of its publish! That's why to hold long-term, you should buy ETH, EOS, NEO types established and very popular altcoin.

As far as I know about the nature of the altcoin, it is more suitable when it comes to that of the short-term investment of the money and that most of the investors only prefer altcoin once they make up their mind to go for day trading. when it comes to that of the holding of the coin or long-term investment of the money, there can be no other better option but bitcoin.

It can be one of the best investment moves you will ever make but that will only depend on the altcoin that you decide to invest in. You could end up investing in a coin that dies out which means that you do not make any money but if you happen to be in a good project that lasts for a while and ends up doing well in terms of market prices and value, then you would be making it big.

I think that the situation with the current situation on the crypto-currency market contributes primarily to long-term investments. The fact is that today the market is practically at the very bottom and coins are very cheap, but they will necessarily return to the prices of 2017. So it takes time.

That really depends on the coin which you invest in.  ICO I am keeping an eye on is SciDex. They are creating a new marketspace for scientific data. Maybe you take a look. It's good project.

I think that if you just hold a few, some of them are good for long term but their volatility is good for day trading, I mean, hold a big variety of them and trade them on a daily basis depending of their price.

It depends on what type of altcoin you invest in. If it is a small altcoin, I think the risk is very big. I don't recommend you invest in it because it is very likely that you will lose your money. You can choose to invest in some mainstream cryptocurrencies, which are now very low prices.

Like in this situation on market that it has a long bull run so we need to extra careful not to sell first but to hodl for a long time because we believe crypto has a good potential to regulates and replace fiat money as a payment transactions.

Well, if you invest in large projects, there is a future, but of course you need to monitor the market, too
