I’ve found information that on the Flux platform investors may abandon the project at any time and ask to return their funds. Don't you think that's unfair?
They will be able to initiate a recovery procedure, only if a developer violates the terms of development. Are the terms of development discussed before investment? Yes, moreover the terms are divided into stages. For example, at the first stage a developer must do one thing, this will require $10000, at the second stage, they must do the second thing, this will require $50000, etc. And if the development is delayed for some insurmountable reason, can the developer agree with investors to postpone the deadline? |

It won't be possible. FLUX tokens are the only thing you can use to engage with the platform itself. It will be possible to use both fiat and cryptocurrency payments to add funds to your account, but all of the outcoming payments will only be made in FLUX tokens. It is obvious that for the implementation of such a project in the first place it is important to have business relations with the teams of game developers.
On the site of Flux is a list of vendor partners. These are well-known companies such as Ubisoft, Gameloft and other eminent teams. Where can I find information on confirmation of cooperation?
To be quite clear about the capacity in which we're linked to the companies mentioned. These are game development companies or distributors whose games we already use or will use on our platform. The way it's done is transparent and legal but doesn't necessarily involve direct cooperation. And if the development is delayed for some insurmountable reason, can the developer agree with investors to postpone the deadline?
While the developer can state a variety of terms, all of the cases of force majeure can't possibly be covered with a smart contract. Such negotiations are possible but nothing obligates the investors to comply if the reason wasn't stated in the pre-agreed terms. |
